First Series
- In episode 24, Yugi had this card along with "Left Leg of the Forbidden One" and "Right Leg of the Forbidden One" plus "Dark Mammoth" when he drew "Right Arm of the Forbidden One". On his next turn, he drew "Exodia the Forbidden One" and won the game against Seto Kaiba.
Yu-Gi-Oh!
- In episode 1, this card was original belong to Yugi's grandpa, along with many of the other cards before passed into Yugi's possession. When this card was revealing in Yugi's hand, it was on turn 18 of the duel, identity to the Duel back in First Series, except that "Dark Mammoth" was replacing by "Rude Kaiser". Yugi drew "Exodia the Forbidden One" on Turn 22 and won the game with that card combining with this card and other three Limbs.
- In episode 3, not played but was peeking by Weevil as he planned to find a counterattack. He threw this card along with other four "Forbidden One" cards into the ocean.
- In episode 55, Rare Hunter had 3 copies of this card, along with rest of the "Forbidden One" and won against Joey.
- In episode 56, Rare Hunter could sensing this card on top of his deck during his second turn in the duel against Yami Yugi, while his hand held the rest of the "Forbidden One" cards. This card was drawn in next episode but didn't win the game as Yami Yugi had playing "Lightforce Sword" to removed "Right Arm of the Forbidden One" from the hand. At end of that duel, Yami Yugi tore this set of cards, as they are counterpart (marked with the invisible ink in Dub) to prevent the future conflict.
- This card can be seen when Yugi is building his Virtual World deck before his duel with Gansley during episode 99, though he does not select it.
- In episode 120, Gozaburo first revealed this card along with the set of the "Forbidden One" via the effect of "The Painful Choice", which Seto had to pick "Right Arm of the Forbidden One" to resolved it effect. This card was discarding to the Graveyard afterward.
- In episode 121, Seto used the effect of "Soul Demolition" while he controlled "La Jinn the Mystical Genie of the Lamp" and paid 2500 Life Points to removing the set of the "Forbidden One" cards, included this card, to weaking "Exodia Necross" and defeated it.

- In episode 127, Marcel had this card in his hand along with other Limbs of "Forbidden One" when Adrian grabbed the former's hand.
- In episode 144, Adrian had this card along with other three limbs.
- In episode 145, Adrian discarded this card along with "Right Arm of the Forbidden One" as part of the effect of "The Ultimate Ritual of the Forbidden Lord".
- In episode 149, this card was sending to the Graveyard via the effect of "Exodius the Ultimate Forbidden Lord" as the latter attacked the weakly "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder".
- In episode 150, this card was remaining in the Graveyard and was planning to return to Adrian's hand via the effect of "Backup Soldier". That was thwarted by possessed Jesse.
Manga
- In chapter 38, Yami Yugi held this card in his hand and was puzzled by it as an useless card. However, he figured it out as a Puzzle Part, like his Millennium Puzzle, and drew "Exodia the Forbidden One" to defeating Kaiba in the duel.
