The July 2003 Forbidden and Limited Lists were Forbidden and Limited lists in the TCG, going into effect on July 8, 2003.[1]
This list added nine cards from the Booster Pack Legacy of Darkness. This list was followed by the August 2003 Forbidden and Limited List.
