In sets, containing this rarity, players have a 1/360 chance of getting a Sparkling Yellow Rare from a pack and a 1/8 chance of getting one from a box. If a set contains no Sparkling Yellow Rares, the chances of getting a Yellow Rare increase by these amounts.
