This duel is conducted as a Master Duel.

Playmaker Special Summons "Digitron" (1500/0) from his Deck in Defense Position with the effect of "Draconnet". Playmaker sets "Digitron" (1 Normal Monster) in the Link Arrows to Link Summon "Link Spider" (1000/↓) to the Extra Monster Zone on his right-hand side. Playmaker activates the effect of "Link Spider" to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Normal Monster from his hand to his zone "Link Spider" points to. He Special Summons "Bitron" (200/2000) in Attack Position with the effect of "Link Spider". Playmaker sets "Link Spider" and "Digitron" (2 monsters) in the Link Arrows to Link Summon "Proxy Dragon" (1400/←→) to the Extra Monster Zone on his right-hand side. Playmaker sets the Link 2 "Proxy Dragon" and "Draconnet" (2+ Effect monsters) in the Link Arrows to Link Summon "Decode Talker" (2300/↑↙↘) to the Extra Monster Zone on his right-hand side. Playmaker Sets 2 cards in his Spell & Trap Zones.

Turn 2: Varis
As Playmaker controls a Link Monster, Varis Special Summons "Gateway Dragon" (1600/1400) in Attack Position from his hand with its effect. Varis activates the effect of "Gateway Dragon" to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower DARK Dragon monster from his hand. He Special Summons "Sniffer Dragon" (800/400) in Attack Position from his hand with the effect of "Gateway Dragon", and activates its effect as it was Normal or Special Summoned, allowing him to add another copy of "Sniffer Dragon" from his Deck to his hand. Varis Normal Summons his second copy of "Sniffer Dragon" (800/400). Varis activates the Quick-Play Spell "Quick Launch", allowing him to Special Summon 1 "Rokket" monster from his Deck, but it cannot attack and it is destroyed during the End Phase. He Special Summons "Shelrokket Dragon" (1100/2000) in Attack Position with the effect of "Quick Launch". Varis sets "Gateway Dragon", his 2 copies of "Sniffer Dragon", and "Shelrokket Dragon" (3+ Effect monsters) in the Link Arrows to Link Summon "Borreload Dragon" (3000/←→↙↘) to the Extra Monster Zone on his right-hand side.

"Borreload Dragon" attacks "Decode Talker", but Playmaker activates his Set Quick-Play Spell "Cynet Backdoor", allowing his to target 1 Cyberse monster he controls and banish it, then add 1 Cyberse monster from his Deck to his hand whose ATK is lower than the banished monster's original ATK. During Playmaker's next Standby Phase, the banished monster is returned to his field and it can attack directly that turn. Playmaker targets and banishes "Decode Talker" with the effect of "Cynet Backdoor", and adds "Dotscaper" from his Deck to his hand. A replay occurs, and "Borreload Dragon" attacks Playmaker directly (Playmaker: 4000 → 1000 LP).

Turn 3: Playmaker
During Playmaker's Standby Phase, "Decode Talker" (2300/↑↙↘) returns to his field due to the effect of "Cynet Backdoor". Playmaker Normal Summons "Dotscaper" (0/2100). Playmaker sets the "Dotscaper" (1 Level 1 monster) in the Link Arrows to Link Summon "Linkuriboh" (300/↓) to the Extra Monster Zone on his right-hand side. Varis targets "Metalrokket Dragon" with the effect of "Borreload Dragon". As "Metalrokket Dragon" was targeted by the effect of a Link Monster, Varis activates its effect to destroy it and all cards Playmaker controls in the same column as it ("Decode Talker"). Playmaker sets the Link 3 "Encode Talker" and "Dotscaper" (2+ monsters) in the Link Arrows to Link Summon "Firewall Dragon" (2500/↑↓←→) to the zone "Linkuriboh" points to. Playmaker activates the effect of "Firewall Dragon", allowing him to target monsters on the field and/or in the GYs up to the number of monsters co-linked to it, and return them to the hand. Playmaker targets "Digitron" in his GY and returns it to his hand with the effect of "Firewall Dragon". Playmaker sets "Linkuriboh" (1 Cyberse Link monsters) in the Link Arrows to Link Summon "Secure Gardna" (1000/→) to the Extra Monster Zone on his right-hand side. Playmaker Special Summons "Digitron" (1500/0) in Attack Position with the effect of "Firewall Dragon". As he controls a Link 4 or higher monster, Playmaker activates the Normal Spell "Link Hole" to destroy monsters Varis controls, up to the number of Link 3 or higher monsters Playmaker controls. Playmaker uses the effect of "Link Hole" to destroy "Borreload Dragon".
