Singular Strike Overthrow is a Secret Pack in the video game Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel. Available in-game from the onset of the video game's release, it is only accessible for 24 hours each time the player obtains an appropriate Key Card.
This Secret Pack's Japanese name, 「一機刀閃」 (Ikkitōsen), is a homophone of Japanese four-character idiom 「一騎当千」 (Ikkitōsen), and incorporates the Japanese name of the "Sky Striker" archetype, 「閃刀」.
Description[edit]
"Sky Strikers" bring Spell Cards and Link Monsters into their own, and "Mathmechs" deal massive damage in one single blow with Synchro Monsters. These powerful archetypes have the power to overturn a battle with just one Monster!
Each pack contains 8 cards, with the first 4 cards always consisting of ones from Master Pack and the last 4 consisting of featured cards from this pack. The rarities are guaranteed as follows:
- The eighth card in each pack is R rarity or higher.
- If 10 packs are purchased at once, the eighth card of the 10th pack is instead guaranteed to be SR rarity or higher.

- On January 10, 2023, four cards were added: "Surgical Striker - H.A.M.P.", "Mathmech Circular", "Sky Striker Mobilize - Linkage!", and "Aileron". This was the first time a Secret Pack received an update.
