Rage of Chaos is a Selection Pack in the video game Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel. It was released in-game on August 10, 2023. While originally set to expire on October 10, 2023, it was extended to last until October 30.

A Level 10 Fiend-Type Synchro Monster that strengthens Decks with LIGHT and DARK monsters.
It can be easily Synchro Summoned, allowing you to use a LIGHT or DARK monster on your field as a Tuner. It is also versatile, thanks to its effect that banishes 1 card on the field if you successfully Special Summon it.
In addition, it gains effects depending on the Attributes of its Synchro Materials. If a LIGHT monster is used, your Synchro Monsters will be unaffected by effects activated by your opponent's monsters. If a DARK monster is used, your monsters will not be destroyed in battle. If both LIGHT and DARK monsters are used, both effects will apply, making it extremely hard for your opponent to fight back.
Kashtira Fenrir
A Level 7 Psychic-Type monster that serves as the lynchpin of "Kashtira" Decks.
It has two effects: the first allows you to add 1 "Kashtira" monster from your Deck to your hand during your Main Phase. The second can be activated when this card declares an attack or when your opponent activates a monster effect, allowing you to banish face-down 1 of your opponent's face-up cards on the field.
It is Level 7, yet it can be Special Summoned as long as you do not have any monsters on your field. On top of this, its effects are easy to use and powerful, making it a force to be reckoned with in various scenarios.
Ignis Phoenix, the Dracoslayer
A Level 4 Warrior-Type Pendulum Monster boosts "Dracoslayer" and "Igknight" Decks.
Its Pendulum Effect, which can be activated by returning 1 face-up Pendulum Monster from your Extra Deck to your Deck, allows you to add 1 non-Pendulum "Dracoslayer" or "Igknight" monster from your Deck to your hand.
Its monster effect, which can be activated when it is destroyed by battle or card effect, allows you to Special Summon a "Dracoslayer" or "Igknight" monster with a different name from your Deck and treat it as a Tuner. As this effect can also be activated if it is destroyed while in the Pendulum Zone, it combines well with cards that destroy cards in the Pendulum Zone.
Arktos XII - Chronochasm Vaylantz
A Level 12 Fusion Pendulum Monster that delivers a boost to "Vaylantz" Decks.
Although it cannot be Fusion Summoned, it can be Special Summoned if you Tribute 2 "Vaylantz" monsters of Level 5 or higher.
Its monster effect allows you to switch the Monster Zone a monster is placed in and can even be activated during your opponent's turn. You may be able to perform a combo through this effect since some cards have effects that can be activated when a card's zone is changed.
This monster's first effect can even combo with its second effect, which lets you destroy 1 card on the field when a card in a Monster Zone moves to another.
Sky Striker Ace - Azalea
A Link-2 monster that can be Link Summoned with 2 monsters of LIGHT and/or DARK Attribute.
It is highly versatile, with an effect that destroys 1 card on the field after it is successfully Special Summoned. However, remember that after activating this effect, it must be sent to the Graveyard if there are 3 or less Spell Cards in your Graveyard.
You can activate its other effect at the start of the Damage Step when battling an opponent monster, banishing 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard to destroy that opponent monster. With these two powerful effects, it can come in handy in various Decks capable of Special Summoning it.
Each pack contains 8 cards. The rarities are guaranteed as follows:
- The eighth card in each pack is R rarity or higher.
- If 10 packs are purchased at once, the eighth card of the 10th pack is instead guaranteed to be SR rarity or higher.
