In addition to hot new cards that strengthen "The Winged Dragon of Ra," "Krawler" has changed its appearance in the new world, "Witchcrafter" has a new guild master, and the new "Mayakashi" will be depicted in the continuing tale of "Ghost Meets Girl."Krawler Soma
A Level 6 Insect-Type monster with two effects that strengthen the "Krawler" deck.
The effect that targets a face-up monster in the Monster Zone and puts it into face-down Defense Position while allowing you to Special Summon this monster from your hand, works well not only with "Krawler" monsters, but also with monsters that have effects that activate when they are flipped.
Its other effect, activated in your Main Phase, allows you to lower the Level of this monster in your Monster Zone by 2 or 4, and Special Summon a number of "Krawler" monsters so that the total of their Levels matches said lowered Level. Many "Krawler" monsters are Level 2, so lowering the number by 4 will let you Special Summon 2 "Krawler" monsters!
The Winged Dragon of Ra
A Level 10 Divine-Beast-Type monster.
Notice the two effects activated at the cost of LP (Life Points).
When a monster is successfully summoned, the first effect increases ATK/DEF by the value of the Life Points paid upon paying Life Points until you only have 100 LP.
The other effect can destroy one monster on the field, for the price of 1000 LP paid during your Main Phase. The key point is that this effect can be triggered multiple times if you have sufficient Life Points.
Let's carefully assess the battle to determine which effect to utilize and pay the Life Points for.
In addition, there is a wealth of related support cards, so if you combine many cards, your range of abilities will expand even further.
Witchcrafter Vice-Madame
A Level 8 Spellcaster-Type Fusion Monster that strengthens "Witchcrafter" decks.
It has a powerful Quick Effect that activates in a direct chain when the effect of a non-Fusion Spellcaster-Type monster, or the effect of a Spell Card is activated.
One of 3 effects is selected at the time of activation. Each effect can only be selected once per turn, but whether it is the effect that destroys a card on the field, the effect that Special Summons a Level 6 or lower "Witchcrafter" monster from your hand or Deck, or the effect that adds a "Witchcrafter" Spell or Trap Card from your Graveyard to your hand, they all have the potential to change the tide of battle!
Yuki-Onna, the Icicle Mayakashi
A Link 3 Zombie-Type Link Monster that strengthens "Mayakashi" Decks.
If this monster is successfully Special Summoned it activates an effect that can negate the effect of an Effect Monster that is face-up in the opponent's Monster Zone. The effect can be activated not only when Link Summoning, but also when Special Summoning from the Graveyard, which is a specialty of "Mayakashi."
Additionally, by banishing this monster you can activate its Quick Effect, allowing you to Special Summon face-up either a Zombie-Type Synchro monster from your Graveyard or one of your banished Zombie-Type Synchro monsters. These are powerful so be sure to utilize these effects accordingly.
Dyna Tank
A Fusion Monster that can be Fusion Summoned with a Machine-Type monster and a Dinosaur-Type monster.
The ATK of this monster is determined by the original ATK of the Dinosaur-Type monster used as the Fusion Material. When you are on the offensive, choose a Dinosaur-Type monster with high ATK as a material.
Also, when the effect of a card targeting only one of these monsters is activated, the target of the effect can be switched to another card by an induced Quick Effect that is directly chained. This effect can only be used if there is a card to transfer the targeted effect to, but even if the monster is destroyed by your opponent, it also has the effect of Special Summoning a Dinosaur-Type monster from your Graveyard, making it an easy monster to use to deal with interference from your opponent.
Each pack contains 8 cards. The rarities are guaranteed as follows:
- The eighth card in each pack is R rarity or higher.
- If 10 packs are purchased at once, the eighth card of the 10th pack is instead guaranteed to be SR rarity or higher.
