Blessings of Nature is a Selection Pack in the video game Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel. It was released in-game on April 10, 2023.
Description[edit]
Two new archetypes are now available: "Vernusylph," who scatter seeds in the Graveyard and then sprout out, and "Tearlaments," who convert the sorrow of cards sent to the Graveyard into a mighty force!
Other new cards that will bring new developments include the beautiful yet valiant warrior "Amazoness," and new "Melffy" friends to romp around in the forest with!Vera the Vernusylph Goddess
A Level 8 Fairy-Type monster and the key to victory for the new "Vernusylph" archetype.
Its effect to take control of a monster that is face-up in the opponent's Monster Zone is powerful. Monsters taken control of through this effect will be treated as EARTH monsters, so if the effect of "Vernusylph Corolla" is being applied, they can be treated as "Vernusylph" monsters and will be supported by other "Vernusylph" cards.
Its other effects are Special Summoning an EARTH monster from your Graveyard on the opponent's turn, and an effect that negates the activation of an opponent's monster effect and destroys the card, as long as you control 5 or more EARTH monsters.
Tearlaments Rulkallos
A Fusion Monster that is Fusion Summoned with "Tearlaments Kitkallos" and "Tearlaments" monsters.
Take note of its Continuous Effect that prevents your other Aqua-Type monsters in the Monster Zone from being destroyed by battle while it is present. Since this monster has an ATK of 3000, the opponent must prepare a monster with an ATK higher than that or else it is difficult to deal with.
In addition, if a card is activated with an effect to Special Summon a monster, it can negate the effect and destroy the card. It can therefore prevent powerful monsters from being Special Summoned. Also, if this Fusion Summoned monster is sent to the Graveyard by the effect of an opponent's card, it can activate an effect to Special Summon itself. It is possible to create a defensive formation that is difficult for the opponent to break through.
Tearlaments Kaleido-Heart
A Fusion Monster that is Fusion Summoned by using three monsters—"Tearlaments Reinoheart" and two Aqua-Type monsters.
If this monster is successfully Special Summoned, or if an Aqua monster is sent to your Graveyard by a card effect while this monster is in the Monster Zone, you can use its effect to return a card from the opponent's field to the Deck.
Another effect this monster has, if it is sent from the Monster Zone to the Graveyard by a card effect, is Special Summoning itself and then sending a "Tearlaments" card from the Deck to the Graveyard. This creates a chance to activate its effect to return a card from the opponent's field to the Deck, not only on your turn but also on your opponent's turn.
Amazoness Augusta
A Level 10 Warrior-Type Fusion Monster that strengthens the "Amazoness" Deck.
If this monster is successfully Fusion Summoned, it has an effect to Special Summon 1 "Amazoness" monster from the Deck. The recommended monster to be Special Summoned by its effect is "Amazoness Queen." When combined with this monster's Continuous Effect, other "Amazoness" monsters will not be destroyed in battle, cannot be targeted by an opponent's effect, and cannot be destroyed by an opponent's effect. This is a great way to fortify your field of "Amazoness" monsters.
Also, if "Amazoness Empress" or "Amazoness Queen" were used to Fusion Summon this card, it will be able to attack twice in the Battle Phase, so you can expect even more bang for your buck!
Melffy Wally
A Level 2 Beast-Type monster that strengthens "Melffy" Decks.
If the opponent successfully Normal or Special Summons a monster, or if this monster is selected as the target of an attack by an opponent monster, its effect can be activated to return it to the hand while Special Summoning 2 "Melffy" monsters with different names from your Deck.
This allows you to have two Level 2 "Melffy" monsters in your Monster Zone, so you can prepare to draw out the effects of those "Melffy" monsters, or aim for a Synchro Summon or Xyz Summon. Depending on the combination of monsters you Special Summon at this time, your tactical options will expand.
Each pack contains 8 cards. The rarities are guaranteed as follows:
- The eighth card in each pack is R rarity or higher.
- If 10 packs are purchased at once, the eighth card of the 10th pack is instead guaranteed to be SR rarity or higher.
This pack has 85 featured cards, which consist of:
