Yuma and his friends manage to enter the Team Duel Tournament. After Gauche announces the rules, Team ZEXAL is set to face Team Fire Stars. The real challenge starts now!

Duel 1: Yuma Tsukumo vs. Shota Geki[edit]
Turn 1: Yuma
Yuma's starting hand contains "Dododo Bot", "Goblindbergh", "Blustering Winds", "Gagagadraw" and "Xyz Reborn". He draws "Amarylease". He Sets a monster.
Turn 2: Shota
Shota's starting hand contains "Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Gorilla", "Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Snake", "Brotherhood of the Fire Fist - Spirit", "Pyrotech Mech - Shiryu" and "Pyrorex the Elemental Lord". He draws "Fire Formation - Tensu". Shota Normal Summons "Gorilla" (1600/1000). He then activates "Tensu", which allows him to Normal Summon one more Level 4 or lower Beast-Warrior Type monster per turn in addition to his Normal Summon/Set.
