Hirutani's gang
Hirutani's gang is a group of thugs, led by Hirutani himself. The gang is known for piking on weaker people, incapable of defending themselves. It consisits mainly of people from Rintama High School, but has been around since Hirutani was in middle-school.[1]

History
Middle school
Back in middle school, Katsuya Jonouchi and Hiroto Honda hung out with Hirutani and would spend time picking fights. During this time, they learned how to fight. Honda claims to have never respected Hirutani though.[1]
Unhappy with how the gang targeted weaker individuals, Honda and Jonouchi left.
After Middle school, Hirutani went to Rintama High School, while Jonouchi and Honda went to Domino High School.
Jonouchi's return
Hirutani blackmailed Jonouchi in returning, by threatening to beat-up the rest of Jonouchi's class. Jonouchi complied and joined the gang, which consisited entirely of Rintama High boys, apart from Jonouchi.[1]
As Hirutani forced Jonouchi to miss days of school, Honda, Yugi and Anzu grew worried and went to Jonouchi's house to check-up on him. His father however scared them away, mistaking them for Jonouchi and yelling at him for disappearing for 2 days.[1]
The trio later encountered Jonouchi outside and saw he was with Hirutani's gang. After seeing the gang mug someone, Yugi ran over to ask Jonouchi what was going on. Jonouchi denied knowing Yugi, but as Yugi continued to plea with Jonouchi, one of the other members punched him in the face.[1]
The gang left for the bar J'z. Honda, Yugi and Anzu later followed them. After seeing one of the members leave, Honda seized him and demanded to know why Jonouchi was with them. Inside Hirutani decided they should celebrate Jonouchi's return, but Jonouchi picked a fight with the guy who punched Yugi earlier.[1]
