Season 1

  • In episode 28, Jaden Yuki uses this card during his duel against Gravekeeper's Chief. He discards this card from his hand due to "Royal Tribute". On the final turn of the Duel, Jaden uses this card's effect to allow himself to Normal Summon "Elemental HERO Bladedge" with no Tributes.
    • This card also appeared in a flashback Jaden has when it shows all the cards in Jaden's hand before "Royal Tribute" forced him to discard all the monsters in his hand.
  • In episode 34, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Kaibaman. He discards this card in order to activate "Monster Reincarnation". Jaden then uses this card's effect to allow himself to Normal Summon "Elemental HERO Bladedge" with no Tributes.

Season 2

  • In episode 55, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Tyranno Hassleberry. He discards this card in order to activate "Monster Reincarnation". He then uses this card's effect to allow himself to Normal Summon "Elemental HERO Bladedge" with no Tributes.
  • In episode 78, Jaden uses this card during his Tag Duel with Aster against Sarina and a duplicate of the latter. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Wildheart" in order to Fusion Summon "Necroid Shaman". Jaden then activates the latter's effect to send "Magic Mirror Spirit Nayuta" to the Graveyard and Special Summon "Silver Spirit Ukyo" from Sarina's Graveyard. This activates the effect of "Ukyo", allowing Sarina 2 to Special Summon "Silver Spirit Sakyo" from her Graveyard. Jaden then Normal Summons "Bladedge" without Tributing via the effect of this card. Jaden then activates "De-Fusion" to return "Necroid Shaman" to the Extra Deck and Special Summon this card and "Wildheart" from his Graveyard. "Wildheart" then attacks and destroys "Silver Spirit Sakyo" (Sarina 2 could not activate "Mirror Bind" in response since "Wildheart" is immune to Traps). "Full Moon Mirror" then gains one Full Moon Counter. This card then attacks Sarina 2 directly. In the next episode, "God of Darkness - Dark God" and two Dark Creator Tokens attack "Bladedge", this card, and "Wildheart", but Aster activates "Elemental Recharge" to increase his and Jaden's Life Points by 1000 for each Elemental HERO they control. Since Jaden and Aster control three, they gain 3000 Life Points. The attacks continue, destroying "Bladedge", this card, and "Wildheart". The effects of "God of Darkness - Dark God" and the two Dark Creator Tokens then activate, inflicting 2100 damage to Jaden and Aster (700 for each monster that "God of Darkness - Dark God and the two Dark Creator Tokens destroyed).
  • In episode 85, Jaden uses this card during his duel against Franz. He activates "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Elemental HERO Wildheart" in order to Fusion Summon "Elemental HERO Necroid Shaman". Jaden then uses this card's effect to Normal Summon "Elemental HERO Neos" with no Tributes.
  • In episode 94, Jaden uses this card during his Duel against Alexis Rhodes. He sends this card, "H - Heated Heart", and "Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via the effect of "Card Trooper". Later Jaden uses this card's effect to Normal Summon "Elemental HERO Neos" with no Tributes.
    • This card is also shown in a flashback explained by Jaden when he explains how "Necroshade" got into his Graveyard.

Season 3

  • Jaden uses this card in his duel against Marcel Bonaparte while the latter was possessed by Yubel. He summons it via "Tag Request". He then has this card attack "Chaos Core", but Marcel removes a Sacred Beast Counter on "Chaos Core" to prevent his monster's destruction and to reduce the Battle Damage to 0. After "Sparkman" attacks and fails to destroy "Chaos Core" due to its effect, Jaden uses "Instant Fusion" to fuse his two monsters and create "Darkbright". Later Jaden uses this card's effect to Normal Summon "Elemental HERO Neos" with no Tributes. Jaden then shuffled this card to his Deck via "Fifth Hope".
  • Jaden uses this card in his duel against Scarr. He discards it to activate the effect of "Elemental HERO Thunder Giant". On the last turn of the duel, Jaden uses this card's effect to Normal Summon "Elemental HERO Neos" with no Tributes.
  • Jaden uses this card in his final duel against Yubel. It is discarded from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via the effect of "Rainbow Neos". Later Jaden uses this card's effect to Normal Summon "Elemental HERO Neos" with no Tributes.

Season 4

  • Jaden uses this card in his Tag Duel with Alexis against Chancellor Sheppard and Ms. Dorothy. He uses "Polymerization" to fuse this card with "Elemental HERO Sparkman" to Fusion Summon "Elemental HERO Darkbright". After the latter attacks "Marshmallon", Jaden uses "De-Fusion" to defuse "Elemental HERO Darkbright" back into this card and "Elemental HERO Sparkman". This card and "Elemental HERO Sparkman" then attack "Marshmallon" with the latter's effect preventing its destruction, however Sheppard and Ms. Dorothy still take Battle Damage from the attack. Since Sheppard and Ms. Dorothy's Life Points had hit 0 after the third attack, Jaden and Alexis won the duel though Alexis was unhappy because Jaden didn't bother to check her set card.
  • During Jaden's second duel against Vellian Crowler, he sends this card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via "Take Over 5".
  • Jaden uses this card in his final Duel against Nightshroud. It is summoned via "Relationship". This card is then attacked by "Darkness Destroyer" whose ATK was 5300 due to the effect of "Darkness 2", but Jaden activates "Hero Barrier" to negate the attack. However "Darkness Destroyer" then attacks this card again due to its effect allowing it to attack twice during each Battle Phase. "Darkness Destroyer" then destroys this card. "Darkness Destroyer" then inflicts Piercing Damage to Jaden due to its effect. Jaden later uses this card's effect to Normal Summon "Elemental HERO Neos" with no Tributes.
  • During Jaden's Duel with Yugi Muto, Jaden sends this card from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard via the effect of "Card Trooper". Jaden later uses the effect of this card to Normal Summon "Elemental HERO Bladedge" with no Tributes.
