- In episode 165, Rebecca Hawkins played this card against Valon while teaming with Duke Devlin. She Tributed it on her next turn to Summon "Luster Dragon #2. In this appearance, the names of the cards were reversed.
- In episode 185, Yugi Muto saw this card as he looked through Rick's Deck.
- In episode 186, Yami Yugi played this card against the KC DuelTek 760 while using Rick's Deck. He then equipped it with "Dragon Treasure", incresing its ATK and DEF by 300. Yami Yugi then had this card attack and destroy the DuelTek's "Airknight Parshath". The DuelTek then Summoned "Slate Warrior", who destroyed itself by attacking "Luster Dragon". This activated "Slate Warrior"'s effect, decreasing this card's ATK and DEF by 500, allowing the DuelTek's "Berserk Gorilla" to attack destroy this card.
- In episode 192, Rebecca played this card against Leon von Schroeder. She then had this card destroy Leon's "Forest Wolf". This activates "Forest Wolf"'s effect, Special Summoning "Fire Princess" from the Graveyard back to Rebecca's side of the field. This card is later targeted by Leon's "Gingerbread House", which destroyed it (since its ATK went past 1900) and gave Leon 500 Life Points. Rebecca then Special Summons
this card from her Graveyard in Defense Position with "The Shallow Grave", while Leon used "The Shallow Grave"'s effect to Summon "Forest Wolf". Rebecca then Tributes this card to Summon "Luster Dragon #2".

- In episode 142, Skull Knight sent this card alongside many other Normal Monsters from his Deck to the Graveyard via the effect of his "Magical Merchant". This allowed his "Lycanthrope" to deal more damage via its effect.
