"Magic Cylinder":

In the Yu-Gi-Oh! second series anime, it could only be activated if there was a Spellcaster-Type monster on the player's side of the field. The one time this happened was when Strings' "Slifer the Sky Dragon" attacked "Dark Magician Girl". Yugi activated "Spellbinding Circle" and this card to redirect the attack back at Slifer with the same amount of ATK it had when the attack was declared to win the Duel, but "Revival Jam" blocked the attack, allowing Slifer to destroy "Dark Magician Girl".
During episode 85 this card can be seen when Yugi is rebuilding his deck.
During episode 99 this card can be seen when Yugi is building his Virtual World deck, though he does not select it.
During episode 106, this card can be seen when Tristan Taylor is building his Virtual World, though he does not select it.
During episode 108, this card can be seen when Seto Kaiba is building his Virtual World, though he does not select it.
Yugi uses something similiar to this card to defeat Joey in Yu-Gi-Oh! Capsule Monsters - Episode 007.

During episode 18, Syrus Truesdale uses this card against Dimitri. Syrus activates it from his hand via "Jetroid's" effect, deflecting the attack of "Ancient Gear Golem", winning Syrus the duel.
During episode 82, Bastion Misawa Set this card against Chazz Princeton, but does not activate this.
During episode 85, Syrus has this card in his hand during his duel with a Slifer Red student during the Genex Tournament, and would have used it in a combo with "Jetroid" again, but his opponent Summons "Jinzo".
During episode 157, this card can be seen among the the many stacks of "defective" cards stored in suitcases after Alexis Rhodes, Chazz Princeton, Syrus Truesdale and Tyranno Hassleberry gather them up.
During episode 180, Yugi Muto uses this card to protect himself from the attack of Jaden Yuki's "Elemental Hero Magma Neos", but Jaden activates "Contact Out", causing the card to lose it's target.

During episode 101, Andore Set this card in a flashback, but does not activate it.
