Yu-Gi-Oh!
- This is one of Joey Wheeler's signature cards. He often combines it with Graceful Dice to increase its ATK. (This was actually the exact reason he used Swordsman of Landstar; in the anime, Graceful Dice could only be used with Monsters that had 500 ATK or less.)
Battle City
- In episode 58, Joey uses this card during his Duel against Espa Roba. When Joey realized that Espa's claimed ESP was not real and that he was really cheating, he devised a way to surprise him. He summons this card in Attack Position and sets two cards. "The Fiend Megacyber" then attacks this card, but Joey activates "Graceful Dice" to roll a die and multiply this card's ATK by the result. Joey got a three on the roll, so this card's ATK is tripled. To Espa's shock, Joey activates "Skull Dice" to roll a die and divide the ATK of "The Fiend Megacyber" by the result. Joey gets a five, so the ATK of "The Fiend Megacyber" is divided by five. This card then destroys "The Fiend Megacyber". After Joey's "Alligator's Sword" attacks Espa directly, Joey uses this card to attack Espa directly, but Espa activates "Mind Control" to take control of this card and save himself. Espa then Tributes this card to summon "Jinzo".
- This card also appears on the screen of the laptop Tristan was using when he was trying to let Serenity Wheeler know how the Duel between Joey and Espa was going.
- In episode 60, this card can be seen in Kaiba's briefcase when he offers all the rare cards inside the briefcase to Koji Nagumo.
- In episode 63, Joey uses this card during his Duel against Weevil Underwood. He summons this card on the first turn of the duel. "Flying Kamakiri 1" then attacks this card, but Joey activates "Shield & Sword" to swap the ATK and DEF of all monsters on the field. This card then destroys "Flying Kamakiri 1". Weevil then activates the effect of "Flying Kamakiri 1" to Special Summon "Flying Kamakiri 2". Joey then Tributes this card to summon "Jinzo".
- This card also appears on the screen of the laptop that Kenta was using when he was trying to let Serenity Wheeler know how the Duel between Joey and Weevil was going.
- In episode 74, this card appears within a series of flashbacks that show all of Joey's Duels in Battle City.
- This card also appeared within some of the small clips that were shown going through a black background before we see a montage of Joey's Battle City Duels.
- In episode 86, this card is shown in Joey's hand during his Duel against Odion. In the next episode, Joey summons this card in Attack Position. Odion then uses one "Embodiment of Apophis" to attack this card, but Joey activates "Foolish Burial" to send "Jinzo" to Odion's Graveyard. Joey then activates "Graverobber" to Special Summon "Jinzo" to his side of the field. Due to the effect of "Jinzo", all three "Embodiments of Apophis" are destroyed. Joey then summons "Battle Warrior" and switches this card to Attack Position. "Jinzo", "Battle Warrior", and "Swordsman of Landstar" then attack Odion directly. Odion then activates "Swords of Revealing Light" to prevent Joey from attacking for three turns. After Joey summons "The Legendary Fisherman", he switches this card and "Jinzo" to Defense Position. Later Joey activates "Monster Reborn" to revive "Alligator's Sword". Joey then Tributes this card and "Alligator's Sword" to summon "Insect Queen".
Virtual World
- In episode 104, this card can be seen in Joey's hand during his Duel against Johnson. In the next episode, Joey summons this card in Attack Position. Joey then activates "Graceful Dice" to roll a die and multiply this card's ATK by the result. Joey gets a six, but Johnson cheats by changing the roll to a one. Due to this, the ATK of this card does not change. Johnson then activated his "Judge Man's" Deck Master Ability to destroy this card and inflict 500 damage to Joey.
- In the first above-mentioned episode, this card can be seen when Joey is shown building his Deck for his duel with Johnson.
- In episode 108, this card appears in a flashback explained by Leichter when he reminds Seto that his birthday gift from Gozaburo Kaiba was where all the mistakes made by Seto himself began.
- In episode 109, this card appears in a flashback Leichter has when he explains to Seto that his treachery began when Gozaburo gave him a large amount of dollars to test Seto's business skills.
- In episode 110, this card is one of the five monsters Joey summoned to keep Gansley, Crump, Johnson, and Leichter busy while he, Serenity, Duke, and Tristan try to escape. This card is destroyed by Crump (who was in the form of "Nightmare Penguin").
Battle City Finals
- In episode 122, Joey Wheeler selected this card at the start of the four-way duel between himself, Yugi Muto, Seto Kaiba and Yami Marik. He took the fourth turn, as his card was the weakest monster selected.
- In episode 135, this card is seen in a series of flashbacks Yugi has when he remembers the previous Duels that Joey went through in Battle City.
- It appeared again in Joey and Seto Kaiba's second duel. After Joey summoned this card out, he played "Graceful Dice". He got a four on the roll, meaning this card's ATK is quadrupled to 2000. Joey then had this monster destroy Kaiba's "La Jinn the Mystical Genie of the Lamp". This card was then destroyed by Kaiba's "Blade Knight".
Waking the Dragons
- It appeared again in Joey's third duel with Mai Valentine. Mai then attacked this card with one of her "Cyber Harpie Ladies", but Joey activates "Double Magical Arm Bind", tributing two Sheep Tokens to take control of two of Mai's "Cyber Harpie Ladies". Joey then activated "Vow of Tribe" to prevent Mai from attacking with any of her "Cyber Harpie Ladies". Joey then tributes the two "Cyber Harpie Ladies" that he snatched with "Double Magical Arm Bind" and this card to summon "Gilford the Lightning".
Grand Championship
- This card appeared once more in Joey's duel with Solomon Muto. Joey summons this card on his first turn of the duel. On his next turn he has this card attack "Wandering Mummy" even though this card was weaker. Joey then activates "Graceful Dice" to strengthen this card, but Solomon activates "Legendary Gambler" to roll his own die. Joey gets a four and Solomon gets a six and since Solomon's roll is higher, Joey's card is negated. Joey then activates "Skull Dice" to weaken "Wandering Mummy", but Solomon uses "Legendary Gambler" to roll his own die since "Legendary Gambler" is a Continuous Trap. Joey gets a five while Solomon gets a six and since Solomon's roll is higher, Joey's card is negated. Since this card was still weaker than "Wandering Mummy" when it attacked, "Wandering Mummy" then counterattacked and destroyed this card.
- This card appeared again in Joey's duel with Zigfried von Schroeder. He then had this card attack Zigfried directly, but Zigfried used "Fricka's Mediation" to negate the attack. Zigfried then plays "Nibelung's Treasure" to equip "Nibelung's Ring" to this card, preventing it from attacking or being tributed. Joey later got rid of "Nibelung's Ring" with "Giant Trunade". He then tributed this card to summon "Maximum Six".
Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's - Episode 077, Leo uses this card (or possibly Comrade Swordsman of Landstar) in a class duel for practicing Warrior types, where he lost to Dexter.
