Extra Secret Rare (ＥＸＳＥ（エクストラシークレットレア） Ekusutora Shīkuretto Rea) is a rarity identified by having a Secret Rare foil treatment over the entire card surface (except the text box and part of the main image). This style debuted in Extra Pack: Sword of Knights and is mainly reserved for special Replica reprints of Yu-Gi-Oh! World Championship prize cards. It differs from Platinum Secret Rare mainly due to the foil covering the Pendulum Scale icons.

On the Official Card Database, except in Japanese, this rarity is labelled as Platinum Secret Rare.
