Wow, this is some old stuff I'm seeing
quick stuff:
Every Trap you have, save call of the haunted. now I SHOULD tell you that any trap not named Dimensional Barrier isn't worth running, but It doesn't look like you care tobe competitive. even then most of the traps you have here have clear upgrades to choose from. to list a few, Fiendish Chain, any of the Mirror Trap (series) (I'd recommend Quaking), Bottomless Trap hole, Torrential Tribute
You're forgetting Solemn Strike and Solemn Warning among traps that are worth using. Just because Dimensional Barrier is one of the best doesn't make everything else obsolete. Also I think Storming Mirror Force is better than Quaking; your opponent can still use face-down monsters as Fusion Material and for Tribute Summons. Storming also sends Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, and Link monsters back to the Extra Deck.--Cyber Dragon (Talk) (Contributions) 12:49, March 10, 2017 (UTC)
Every Effect Monster, cept for Odd-eyes (der), Saber, Assault Wyvern and Dwarf Star. accordingly, remove Thousand Dragon and Arcana Knight Joker (if you REALLY want to use those, Fusion Substitute Monsters are the way to go, ESPECIALLY King of the Swamp. to replace those.....well if you want a basic Dragon deck get one or 2 of These. they are cheap and seems to basically be what you are going for, just add in Odd-Eyes and Saber.
If this is a LIGHT/Dragon Deck, Standalone LIGHT Monsters that don't really help the deck shouldn't be here just for being LIGHT
meanwhile you have 4 tuners and 2 Synchro's to go with them. I'd advise you remove the lot of them, what you have isn't going to do well with Synchro's so you'd be best off loading the extra deck with Xyz
