Underground Labor Facility
The Underground Labor Facility is a underground garbage dump in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime. People from New Domino City and Facility are sent here to do garbage cleanup after losing in the Friendship Cup or sent there by Sector Security. It is also operated by Gallager, who helps find strong Duelists for Jean-Michel Roget.
