• In episode 1, this card is shown in Yuma Tsukumo's hand during his Duel against Shark. In the next episode, Yuma Normal Summons this card in Attack Position after he gets annoyed by Astral attempting to participate in his Duel and only realizes his mistake in this after Bronk Stone questions why did he summon this card in Attack Position. Astral however clarifies that the Duel is not lost as setting this card would have resulted in them losing. After Yuma revives "Gagaga Magician" via "Monster Reborn", Yuma overlays this card with "Gagaga Magician" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia". Later "Number 17: Leviathan Dragon" attacks "Utopia", but Yuma detaches this card from "Utopia" in order to activate its effect.

Later Yuma Special Summons this card via the effect of "Goblindbergh" after Astral, using reverse psychology, tells Yuma to Special Summon "Zubaba Knight". Yuma then overlays this card and "Goblindbergh" in order to Xyz Summon "Utopia". Later "Achacha Archer" attacks directly via "Infected Mail", but Yuma detaches this card in order to activate the effect of "Utopia".

After "Utopia" is banished by the effect of "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon", this card and "Gagaga Magician" are sent to the Graveyard.

He Special Summons this card and "Kagetokage" via "Voltage Summon" with both summoned monsters having their ATK and DEF 0 and their effects negated. Yuma then overlays this card and "Kagetokage" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia".

• In episode 19, this card can be seen on Yuma's desk whilst he is looking at Emperor's Key and thinks about his parents.
  • This card is also shown as part of Yuma's backstory to Astral when he explains to Astral that his dad believed he could become a champion one day and giving up halfway is like betraying his father and his teachings. Kazuma Tsukumo uses this card during his Duel against Yuma in this flashback. He attempts to overlay this card and "Gogogo Golem" for an Xyz Summon only to realize that he had no Xyz Monsters.

• In episode 22, this card appears in a flashback Kite has when he is reminded of Yuma due to Orbital 7 mentioning the pendant he was wearing not being from Earth.

• In episode 25, this card appears in a flashback Kite has after he arrives at the Duel Square and wonders if the memories he's scanning here are Astral's memories.

• In episode 32, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Charlie McCay. After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma Special Summons "Kagetokage" via its own effect. He then overlays this card and "Kagetokage" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia".

• In episode 42, Yuma uses this card during his Tag Duel with Kite against Quattro and Trey. After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma Special Summons "Kagetokage" via its own effect. He then overlays this card and "Kagetokage" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia".

• In episode 44, this card appears in a flashback Yuma has when Roku tells him to use Dueling as his guide as Dueling is the bond that connects him to his father.

• In episode 65, this card is shown during the explanation of the effects of "Sphere Field" done by Mr. Heartland.

• In episode 72, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Kite. After he Normal Summons this card, he activates "Zerozerock" to prevent Kite from attacking this card. Later "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" attacks this card and Kite activates "Galaxy Burst" to negate the effects of this card and "Zerozerock" by halving the ATK of "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon". "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" then destroys this card. In the next episode, Yuma activates the effect of "Gagaga Caesar" to banish this card from his Graveyard and make the Levels of "Gagaga Caesar" and "Gagaga Clerk" the same as this card's.

• In episode 80, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Alito. He draws this card via "Xyz Strike". As this card was a monster, "Xyz Strike" swaps the the ATK of "Gauntlet Launcher" and "Battlin' Boxer Lead Yoke" and makes the ATK of "Lead Yoke" become 0.

• In episode 82, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Mizar. He Special Summons this card via the effect of "Goblindbergh". Yuma then overlays this card and "Goblindbergh" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia".

• In episode 84, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Shark. After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma overlays this card and "Gagaga Gardna" in order to Xyz Summon "Heroic Champion - Excalibur". When Yuma enters his Battle Phase, he detaches all Overlay Units from "Heroic Champion - Excalibur" in order to activate its effect.

• In episode 87, Yuma uses this card during his Battle Royal Duel against Ray Shadows and Girag. After he Normal Summons this card, Yuma overlays this card and "Dododo Buster" (who was Level 4 due to being summoned by its own effect) in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia".

• In episode 95, Yuma uses this card during his Duel against Vector (who was actually a clone created by the real Vector to fool Yuma). He Special Summons this card via the effect of "Goblindbergh". Yuma then overlays this card and "Goblindbergh" in order to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia". This card was sent to the Graveyard at an unspecified point.

• In episode 138, Yuma uses this card during his Tag-Team Duel with Nash against Don Thousand. Don Thousand Special Summons this card via "Numeron Xyz Revision" with its effects negated. In the next episode, "Number 1: Numeron Gate Ekam" attacks this card, but Yuma activates "Half Unbreak" to prevent this card from being destroyed by battle this turn and halve all battle damage he takes from battles involving this card. After Don Thousand activates the effect of "Numeron Gate Ekam", "Number 2: Numeron Gate Dve" (whose ATK was 2000) attacks this card. This card wasn't destroyed and the battle damage was halved. After Don Thousand activates the effect of "Numeron Gate Dve", "Number 3: Numeron Gate Trini" (whose ATK was 4000) attacks this card, but this card wasn't destroyed and the battle damage was halved. After Don Thousand activates the effect of "Numeron Gate Trini", "Number 4: Numeron Gate Catvari" (whose ATK was 16000) attacks this card, but Nash activates the effect of "Cutter Shark" to Tribute this card and Special Summon "Cutter Shark".
