- In episode 165, Rebecca Hawkins played this card against Valon while teaming with Duke Devlin. She Tributed it on her next turn to Summon "Luster Dragon #2. In this appearance, the names of the cards were reversed.
- In episode 185, Yugi Muto saw this card as he looked through Rick's Deck.
- In episode 186, Yami Yugi played this card against the KC DuelTek 760 while using Rick's Deck. He equipped it with "Dragon Treasure", letting it attack and destroy the DuelTek's "Airknight Parshath". The DuelTek Summoned "Slate Warrior", who destroyed itself by attacking "Luster Dragon". This activated its effect, decreasing this card's ATK by 500 and letting the DuelTek's "Berserk Gorilla" destroy it.
- In episode 192, Rebecca played this card against Leon von Schroeder.
