Limited Edition (set)

Introduction
Limited Edition Pack 1 is a conventional name to indicate the "Pre-Jump promos", like it was called in japan, because it was released by Weekly Shonen Jump before any official Jump release, in fact in the beginning it wasn't considered a Limited Edition Pack, but just a Weekly Shonen Jump's promo pack; for this Limited Edition Pack 1 and 2 should be included in the Weekly Jump Magazine Promotional packs. Since Limited Edition Pack 3 the limited edition series separated itself from the Weekly Jump Magazine Promotional packs, which took its place and prefix (WJ), while Limited Edition Packs took the "L" and then the "LE" prefixes and began being called "Limited Edition Pack" cause it was written on their cover. This pack was also available in three versions which had three cover images: Yugi, Kaiba and Joey. Also Limited Edition Packs could only be ordered by sending a mail to Weekly Jump Magazine. All of these cards have since been released in the English TCG, in McDonald's Promotional Cards: Series 1. It is followed by Limited Edition Pack 2
