Series 10 is the collective name for the Core Boosters released from 2017 to 2020. It coincides with the run of the Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS anime (and the hiatus between it and Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS), and as such primarily focuses on releasing cards that debutted in it.
It also features several archetypes and cards that compose storylines centered around the "World Legacy" theme.
