I am not sure about you, but judging from the numerous people giving out their own ideas on the Weekly Deck Championship, it is safe to say that there are some interest in the competition (even I am interested in another round), so can you look at the ideas (some of them are good) and choose which idea to implement? I am not sure if you read my previous message (Someone sent another message after mine) but like I had said previously, the amount of ideas that people started churning out proves that interest to the competition is great, so it will be a good idea to have a competition. Forum:Cloudian Normal Synchro

this is my blackwing variant on my Aslla Piscu Otk. the main cards are Aslla piscu combined with swallows nest and nightmare archfiends to pull off an OTK. other combos are also mystic tomato/wiracocha combo, easy summon, and also blackwing combos for synchros and such. Field control is pretty good and getting out an earthbound seems to be not all too difficult. except im thinking on adding a second terraforming. this deck is at 42 right now, can u help me make it 40 without having to sacrifice much please?

Your deck PWNS

Hiya! I've been playtesting your Dragunity Deck. Thanks for letting me use it, btw, but it epicly PWNS. I was struggling a bit to get used to the combos and such, especially when I was up against Yubel, but it's amazing. I pulled off a nice play with Dragunity Arms Misteil, who equipped Aklys. Then, I summoned Legionnaire, equipped a 2nd Aklys, and dropped both to rape their field. Amazing. I was also thinking about how you can quickly summon Dragunity Knight - Barcha. Did you try playtesting Alector, Sovereign of Birds, maybe? Since he + Phalanx = Barcha = chaos. Anyway, thanks again!--YamiWheeler (talk • contribs) 06:02, June 26, 2010 (UTC)

True, true, but in this meta, it's not exactly hard to find situations where the opponent will have 2 monsters on the field with the same attribute. Like Machina Gadgets, Blackwings, maybe not Infernities, since they don't keep their monsters on the field past their turn, but you get the point. xD Just an idea. I also thought of Raiza the Storm Monarch, but he's really quite slow for such a fast deck. I was thinking that, but I thought that it's a risky move, as I only have a few normal spells in the deck, and therefore the chances of me getting one with DD's effect are very slim. hi, I 'm a big fan of your work. I was wondering, could you give me your thoughts on what to do with these deck ideas.

I've been working on a elemental hero/syncro deck for a while, but it doesn't mesh very well as of yet, and I want trying to improve it by incorperating the new syncro fusion cards. The main idea is to use miricle fusion and miracle syncro fusion to summon powerful cards easily. problem is the most I can get out is one, then I just keep getting dead draws. Also, I find that the elemental heroes don't hold their own and they don't work well with the tuners so any thoughts would be apreasiated

I've also been working on a flamvell volcanic deck (not been able to make a complete build yet), but the main problem I'm coming across is that they don't quite mesh togeter fully, so I was thing about your thoughts on it. The main problem is that the extra deck doesn't feel right, and if a opponant summons something strong, it's disproportionally hard to get rid of for a volcanic deck, not to mention the burn element is exreamly weak so it's not even noticable.

Yup, I'd seen a lot of chatter about a Phantom Beast Cat deck on the net - all before Cat got banned. I have to admit, I am rather disappointed with this Duelist Revolution release as a whole. Only card that was really useful seems to be Pot of Duality Well, maybe something more interesting will come out by Christmas. And maybe I can get my critter deck up and running again. Swap Frog vs Substitoad

Your dragunity deck guide...

Hi, Runer. I was looking at your Dragunity Deck Guide, and I noticed one problem. Dragunity Primus Pilus only allows you to equip a Dragunity from the deck. In WC: 2010, I WOULD use Dragon Canyon instead of Primus (that level 1 that sends a dragon from your deck to the grave). Your deck guide looks good, though. I looked at our most recent Dragunity deck because Dragunities are awesome like that, and I can say one thing...if I ever face a deck like that, I would surrender as fast as possible to escape humiliation, domination, and...TOTAL OBLITERATION. I can be certain about one thing (actually I'm taking a guess): once Dragunities hit America, they're gonna be as insane as X-Sabers. Emphasis on Dragunity Aklys, Dragon Canyon, and Dragunity Arms Laevanitin (how do you spell that?). Which reminds me...if you summon Vajuranda, you can only use his effect once to equip a monster from your grave. How do re-equip again after it is summoned? What about using something like Wicked Rebirth in this deck, considering that to summon a level 8 synchro, you would most likely have summoned a lv 6 synchro. Oh, and one more thing. Ok, you don't get it. After Vajuranda is summoned, you can equip him. On your next turn, however, how will you re-equip him to have his attack double again, besides using Primus Pilus or Dragon Control Technique? Inferno Reckless Summon, summoning two more Phalanxes. Synchro into Vajuranda, equipping Phalanx and special summoning it. Tune Phalanx #1 (out of 3) with Vajuranda for Red Dragon Archfiend, then tune it with the other two Phalanxes for SCAR-RED NOVA DRAGON!!!!! Ok, now that that is cleared up, can I explain my Scar-Red Combo? I normal summon Dragunity Dux. I use its effect to equip Dragunity Phalanx from my graveyard. I use Phalanx's effect to special summon itself. At that point, I play Inferno Reckless Summon, summoning two more Phalanxes. I tune one Phalanx and one Dux for Dragunity Knight Vajuranda. Vajuranda's effect lets me equip Phalanx from my graveyard. I special summon Phalanx and tune it (out of 3 Phalanxes) for Red Dragon Archfiend. Then I tune the other 2 Phalanxes for Scar-Red Nova Dragon (I think Red Nova Dragon by itself is a stupid name). Oh, and if I don't have Inferno Reckless Summon, I could probably use something like Barcha (summoned with Misteil) for multiple Phalanxes. Dragunity Blackwings?

Hi, it's me again. I've been thinking...what if you combine Dragunitys with Blackwings? The non-tuner monsters for Dragunitys require winged beasts, which Blackwings all are, and Blackwing Synchros only require a Blackwing tuner. Therefore, the non-tuners could be Dragunitys. Fabled world deck

I was just wondering, since you're such a great deck builder, if you would take your time to build the best fabled dark world deck? It would be really great if you did that, since I'm searching for a good deck, and these two arcehtypes seem to work so well together. Oh, and would including a Lava Golem in the side deck be a good idea? That is, to counter my opponent if he summons Obelisk.

Your Dragunity deck guide actually looks good (I know I'm probably not the best person to hear from, BTW I'm the same person who mentioned Primus Pilus). You've done well to include Aklys abuse (does that only work with Legionnaire?), drawing abuse (Cards of Consance is bound to become limited), synchro abuse, and combos worthy of Sabers abuse. Although, I think that you should include some variants besides pure Dragunity. Some variants I suggest trying are Dragunity-Lightsworns (Grave reliance) and Dragunity-Blackwings (Dragon canyon is bound to become limited). Your Dragunity Deck Guide...again...what if you include a variant that can summon Scar-Red Nova Dragon? The combo is: summon Dragunity Dux. Use its effect to equip Phalanx from the graveyard. Special summon Phalanx, and activate Inferno Reckless Summon, summoning two more Phalanxes. Tune Dux to Phalanx #1 for Vajuranda, equipping Phalanx from the graveyard. Special summon Phalanx, then tune it with Vajuranda for Red Dragon Archfiend. Then tune RDA with the other two Phalanxes for Scar-Red Nova Dragon. Hello Runer! I have read your dragunity guide and I think it is rather good except for a few things. I thought the use of Flying Kamikari and Sangan were a bit excessive considering everything that you would commonly run in a dragunity deck can be searched by Dragon Canyon or Gadearg. I also think you should add in Royal Decree, as you can easily destroy it with Scrap Dragon to allow you to use traps.Megacyber (talk • contribs) 00:32, October 29, 2010 (UTC)

REQUEST:

I've looked at every single one of your decks, and I must say they are phenominal, you must get this all the time, but I've tested the ones I can, since I use YuGiOh 2010, Reverse of Arcadia, and my favourite one so far is the Greed Burn. But onto my request, I've been trying to use lower level monsters, and my favourite by far is Mokey Mokey. just because people underestimate it, and it can whoop pretty much anything if you use it right. Another Level 1 card I like is Kuriboh, due to it's life-saving effect, and I've been trying to put the two together, and by looking carefully, they have huge potential with the Sky Scourges. I've been trying some of them out, but can't seem to get it right. So far the deck looks like this.

I've Had a Problem setting my decks for a long time but to tell you the truth I have lost every Battle I played. Any way I'll make this Quick I need help with my deck. You see I Have Only So many cards and I'll tell you the Truth, I only know the rules for the Original Yu-Gi-Oh and I only watched the first season not even 1/2 of the second season missed all the other seasons except the second to last and "Road to Destiny" I've missed or am missing. I want to be caught up in all the shows but Yu-gi-oh keeps changeing channels and times I'm afaid I'll never watch it again...etc

REQUEST: Sprit Swamp

Ok, first point, I love your decks, they're all phenominal, I've tested most of them out on some YGO 2010 DS games, and they have all been near perfect!

Second point, I like to be original with my decks (which is another reason I love yours so much), so I've tried experimenting with the 'Venom' cards. Since there aren't many of them, I've been trying to hybrid them with something else, e.g. Lightsworn, Reptillianne etc. But so far haven't managed to find one that works (that may just be because I'm a bad deck builder), but my question for you is, could you make me a Spirit / Venom deck? In theory it should work, get Venom Swamp out to weaken your opponents monsters, while your monsters bounce back to your hand, keeping them full powered. If you could make one, I would be very gratefull. Thank You

He cannot edit for a while, then he can edit, okay. It's not that severe. It is also because he deleted Fusion Polymerization and you cannot do that because of the Rules of this wiki and it is fanon.

Dragunity Akyls

On one of the other cards you said you can stack akyls on him and get 2 equip cards. I deleted that due to the fact that u have to normal summon akyls and the other monsters that you put in order to have their effect of equipping a card.

RFP Fish Triple Tribute idea

Hey Runer,

Don't suppose you'd be up for making a deck to abuse Wing Tortoise + Forgotten Temple of the Deep, as 3 in grave becomes 3 on field, Also, it's aqua, thus a target for Swap Frog, So I was thinking maybe something using the frog engine -Without- Treeborn, but still using the Fishborg Blaster & Genex Undine, as there are targets for fishborg, and Undine can be used for FTotD,

I'm sure something can be done with that, whether it's a good old Arcana Force EX - The Dark Ruler or just Ally of Justice Decisive Armor spam :3

Need some thoughts

How would you go about making a Vylon deck, I've been trying to make one for DFF, but I'm kinda stuck, I want to focus on the Synchros, but I actually have no idea how. Hoping for your thoughts ...

... on a deck idea I'm toying with. I've been thinking of building a deck using a basic Blackwing engine (Sirocco and Vayu), mixing it with Gustos (Gulldo, Egul, and Wynnda), and throwing Dark Simorgh into the mixture. Think there's enough synergy with that to make it work? Oh, you'd have to throw in a few Ryko, and Magical Merchant too. Maybe and Necro Gardna and Shiny Black C, just for fun?
