"Shadow Impulse":

This card allows you to play cards, that your deck would not be able to summon, like Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En in a Synchron deck.

Use this card along with Scrap dragon to destroy one of your opponents cards and summon a level 8 Dragon-Type Synchro Monster. Target scrap dragon and a card your opponent controls, when scrap dragon is destroyed with its own effect, you can activate Shadow impulse to summon any level 8 Dragon-type Synchro monster like for example: Stardust Spark Dragon or Beelze of the Diabolic Dragons.

Keep in mind that a monster special summoned this way behaves just a like a "Stardust Dragon" special summoned by "Starlight Road" concerning the possibility to be Summoned from the Graveyard or Banished Zone meaning it cannot be summon by cards like "Call of the Haunted" later on (referring Semi-Nomi).
