Tombo Tillbitty, known as Housaku Yasai (矢（や）最（さい）　豊（ほう）作（さく）, Yasai Hōsaku) in the Japanese version, is a character in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL World Duel Carnival. This is a video game depiction of Tombo Tillbitty, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime.

ＷＤＣ参加（さんか）デュエリストの一人（ひとり）。
大（おお）らかな性格（せいかく）だが、野菜（やさい）の悪口（わるぐち）を言（い）ったり野菜（やさい）嫌（ぎら）いな者（もの）には怒（いか）りをあらわにする。

普段（ふだん）は農業（のうぎょう）をしており、愛（あい）する野菜（やさい）の品種（ひんしゅ）改良（かいりょう）に勤（いそ）しんでいる。
野菜（やさい）の中（なか）でも特（とく）にトマトを愛（あい）しており、ハートランドシティにトマトの為（ため）のテーマパーク『トマト・パラダイス』を作（つく）ろうと考（かんが）えて大会（たいかい）に参加（さんか）。
大会中（たいかいちゅう）は、対戦（たいせん）相手（あいて）に野菜（やさい）を食（た）べさせる特殊（とくしゅ）ルールを用（もち）いた疑（うたが）いで、大会（たいかい）運営（うんえい）委員（いいん）に目（め）をつけられる。

トマト好（ず）きだけあって、使用（しよう）するデッキもトマトに関係（かんけい）するカードが多（おお）く入（はい）っている。

While he is largely placid and easy-going, he gets angry at people who hate vegetables or speak ill of them.

He spends most of his time in his farm, tending to his varieties of beloved vegetables with all his care.
Tomatoes are his favorites among all vegetables, and his chief idea behind entering the tournament was to build Tomato Paradise, a theme park based after tomatoes, in Heartland City.
The tournament's regulation committee has been zeroing on him, having heard rumors about him using enforced rules that involve having his opponents eat vegetables.

Loving tomatoes as much as he does, he uses Decks including many cards related to tomatoes.
