Yuma Tsukumo (九十九（つくも） 遊（ゆう）馬（ま）, Tsukumo Yūma), is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL World Duel Carnival video game. This is a video game depiction of Yuma Tsukumo, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime.

ハートランド学園（がくえん）に通（かよ）う男子生徒（だんしせいと）。
中学（ちゅうがく）１年生（ねんせい）、１３歳（さい）。
異世界（いせかい）から来（き）たアストラルのパートナー。

デュエルが大好（だいす）きながら、腕前（うでまえ）の方（ほう）は以前（いぜん）は連戦連敗（れんせんれんぱい）、初心者（しょしんしゃ）も同然（どうぜん）のひどいものだった。
アストラルと出会（であ）ってからは彼（かれ）の助（たす）けを借（か）りつつも、強敵（きょうてき）に勝利（しょうり）するなど着実（ちゃくじつ）にレベルアップしている。

性格（せいかく）は明（あか）るく、前向（まえむ）き。
「かっとビング」という決（けっ）して諦（あきら）めない、めげない精神（せいしん）で、どんな困難（こんなん）にもチャレンジしていく。
お調子者（ちょうしもの）なところが玉（たま）にキズ。

好物（こうぶつ）は「デュエル飯（めし）」という名（な）の特（とく）大（だい）握（にぎ）り飯（めし）。
祖母（そば）の春（はる）や小鳥（ことり）が用意（ようい）してくれることが多（おお）い。
一見（いっけん）したところただの握（にぎ）り飯（めし）だが、遊馬（ゆうま）及（およ）び遊馬（ゆうま）と一体化（いったいか）（ゼアル）したアストラルにも絶大（ぜつだい）なパワーを与（あた）えるなど、不可思議（ふかしぎ）な効果（こうか）を発揮（はっき）している。

父親（ちちおや）の九十九（つくも） 一（かず）馬（ま）は世界（せかい）を巡（めぐ）る冒険家（ぼうけんか）だったが、旅先（たびさき）で行方不明（ゆくえふめい）に。
遊（ゆう）馬（ま）にはデュエルと「かっとビング」の精神（せいしん）、皇（おう）の鍵（かぎ）を遺（のこ）した。

エースモンスターは「Ｎｏ．（ナンバーズ）３９ 希（き）望（ぼう）皇（おう）ホープ」。

A student attending Heartland Academy.
Being 13 years old, he attends the first year of junior high school.
He is partnered with Astral, who comes from another world.

He has always loved dueling, but he was no better than a beginner until not too long ago, and had very long losing streaks.
But ever since he met Astral, he has faced and defeated formidable opponents, and his level of play has improved.

Cheerful and positive-minded.
With "kattobingu", an unyielding spirit, he takes on any challenge or difficulty head-on.
It's easiest to see when he is trouble.

His favorite food is gigantic rice balls he calls "duel rice".
Kotori and his grandmother Haru often make him some.
They seem to be just regular rice balls, but when Yuma and Astral both had some while they were a single entity (ZeXal), they both felt much more invigorated for some unknown reason.

His father, Kazuma Tsukumo, is an adventurer who has travelled all over the world, but his whereabouts are currently unknown.
He passed onto Yuma his passion for dueling, his belief in kattobingu, and the Emperor's Key.

His ace monster is Number 39: Utopia.
