"The Supergalaxy Shining in the Darkness" is the one-hundredth and fourteenth episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime. It will first air in Japan on July 17, 2016.
Yusho Sakaki and the others board the ship heading towards Duel Academy. On the ship, a match between Kite Tenjo and Dennis Macfield begins. The two Duelists, who were both Yusho's students, fight fiercely for what they believe in and the people they want to protect.
Featured Duel: Kite Tenjo vs. Dennis Macfield
Turn 1: Dennis
Dennis use "Performage Bubble Gardna" (Scale 2) and "Performage Candy Craftsman" (Scale 5) to set his Pendulum Scale. He then Pendulum Summon "Performage Hat Tricker" and "Performage Flame Eater". He then overlay his "Hat Tricker" and "Flame Eater" to Xyz Summon "Performage Trapeze Magician".
Turn 2: Kite
As his opponent controls a Monster Special Summoned from the Extra Deck and he controls no monster, Kite Special Summons "Cipher Twin Raptor" with its own effect. Kite then Normal Summon "Cipher Wing" and activate its effect by tributing itself to increase the level of all "Cipher" monsters he controls by 4. As "Twin Raptor" can be treated as 2 Xyz Material for an Xyz Summon, Kite overlaid his "Twin Raptor" to Xyz Summon "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon". He then activate the effect of "Cipher Dragon" by using its Overlay Unit to target, take control 1 of of his opponent monster and make it "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon" with 3000 ATK, but its effect will be negated and it cannot attack directly, for this turn. Kite targeted "Trapeze Magician". Kite then attack directly with his real "Cipher Dragon". But Dennis Special Summons "Performage String Figure" with its own attack as he is directly attacked. He then activate the Pendulum Effect of "Candy Craftsman" to gain 1000 LP (Dennis 4000 top 5000). Kite sets a card. As Kite ended his turn, "Trapeze Magician" returned to normal and returned to Dennis.
Turn 3: Dennis
Dennis Normal Summons "Performage Damage Juggler", he then activate the effect of "String Figure" to Fusion Summon a "Performage" monster without "Polymerization". Dennis fuse "Damage Juggler" and "String Figure" to Fusion Summon "Performage Trapeze Force Witch". Dennis activate the effect of "Trapeze Magician" by using 1 Overlay Unit, he targets 1 Attack Position monster, it can attack twice this Battle Phase, if it doesn't, it will be destroyed. Dennis use this effect twice, and targets his "Trapeze Magician" and "Force Witch". Kite activate his set "Cipher Deterrent", targeting his "Cipher Dragon". "Cipher Dragon" can't be destroyed by battle this turn, and if it battle this turn, its ATK will be doubled during the End Phase. "Trapeze Magician" attack "Cipher Dragon" twice, with the effect of "Force Witch" activates: If his "Performage" monster attack his opponent's monster, Dennis can target that opponent's monster and decrease ATK by 600. ("Cipher Dragon" 3000 to 2400 to 1800)(Kite 4000 to 3900 to 3200). "Force Witch" attacks "Cipher Dragon" twice ("Cipher Dragon" 1800 to 1200 to 600)(Kite 3200 to 2000 to 200). Dennis ended his turn, "Cipher Deterrent" doubles the ATK of "Cipher Dragon". ("Cipher Dragon" 600 to 1200)

Kite draws and subsequently Normal Summons "Little Fairy".
