The Ultimate Rising is an original pack in the video game Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links. It was available in-game from the onset of the video game's main release, as well as its beta release.

Unleash its Formidable Power!!
- Seto Kaiba's strongest signature monster "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" and other mighty monsters such as "Axe Raider".
- "Sonic Bird" and "Fusion Gate", which are great cards for Ritual Summoning and Fusion Summoning respectively.
- "Twister", which can destroy Spell and Trap cards.
- Handy Spell/Trap cards such as "Mask of the Accursed" and "Reinforcements".
- Total of 100 types: 10 Ultra Rares, 12 Super Rares, 32 Rares, and 46 Normals
Each box of The Ultimate Rising contains 200 packs. Each pack contains 3 different cards, with these consisting of either 2 Normal (aka Common) cards and 1 Rare, Super Rare, or Ultra Rare card; OR 1 Common card, 1 Rare card, and 1 Super Rare, Ultra Rare, or (additional) Rare card. There is a guaranteed number of copies of each individual card per box, depending on its rarity:
- Ultra Rare: 1 copy
- Super Rare: 2 copies
- Rare: 6 copies
- Normal (aka Common): 8 copies
- The exceptions to this are the following Normal cards, with there being 9 copies of each instead: "Malice Ascendant", King of Yamimakai", "Faith Bird", "The Snake Hair", "Card Rotator", and "7".
