A powerful Continuous Trap Card that gives you control of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls.
Although the controlled monster cannot attack nor activate its effect, you can still use it for a Link/Synchro/Xyz Summon!
If you manage to take control of a Link 2 or above monster your opponent controls, you can easily Link Summon a Link 3 or above Link Monster!

Each box of Selection BOX Super Mini Vol.01 contains 12 packs. Each pack contains 12 different cards, which will always consist of 7 Normal (aka Common) cards, 4 Rare cards, and 1 Super Rare or Ultra Rare card. There is a guaranteed number of copies of each individual card per box, depending on its rarity:
- Ultra Rare: 1 copy
- Super Rare: 1 copy
- Rare: 5 copies
- The exceptions to this are the following Rare cards, with there being 4 copies of each instead: "Dual Assembwurm", and "Gouki Headbatt."
- Normal (aka Common): 8 copies
- The exceptions to this are the following Normal cards, with there being 7 copies of each instead: "Defect Compiler", "Altergeist Camouflage", "Flick Clown", and "Gouki Cage Match".
Availability[edit]
Unlike normal BOXes, Selection BOXes are only available for brief periods of time, and have restrictions on how many of their Packs can be purchased with Gems. This Selection BOX was available for purchase during the following time periods:
- September 28, 2022 - October 28, 2022
- Up to 5 Packs could be purchased with Gems during this time, priced 200 Gems per pack.
