Joey notices this card and notes that it looks familiar. Joey then takes out "Swamp Battleguard" and notices both cards are similar to each other. Tristan gives this card to Joey. Joey later uses this card during his Duel against Rex Raptor. During his turn, he Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. This card gains a Field Power Bonus from the Forest terrain. This card and "Swamp Battleguard" then gain 500 ATK via their effects. "Serpent Night Dragon" then attacks "Swamp Battleguard", but since "Swamp Battleguard" had higher ATK than "Serpent Night Dragon", the latter is destroyed.

Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V[edit]
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V episode 1: "Swing Into Action: Part 1", The Sledgehammer uses this card in his Action Duel against Yuya Sakaki. During The Sledgehammer's turn, he Special Summons this card along with "Swamp Battleguard" via the effect of "Feast of the WIld LV5", with their effects negated. The Sledgehammer then Tributes this card and "Swamp Battleguard" to Tribute Summon "Battleguard King".
