- In episode 11, Scorch plays this card while teaming with Chills against Yuma Tsukumo and Shark. He overlays "Flamesaurus" and "Baggy Pants Lavasaurus" to Xyz Summon it. He detaches its Overlay Units to destroy Shark's "Submersible Carrier Aero Shark" and Yuma's "Zubaba Knight". In the next episode, it attacks Shark directly, but he negates the the attack with "Zeus' Breath". Chills restores the Overlay Units to this card with the effect of his "Number 19: Freezadon". Shark negates the effects of "Volcasaurus" with "Black Ray Lancer" and reduces its ATK with "Needle Sunfish". He detaches it to destroy "Unformed Void", but the effect of "Overlay World" prevents its destruction. The ATKs of this card and "Number 6: Chronomaly Atlandis" are added to that of "Unformed Void" via that card's effect. Yuma switches this card to Defense Position and "Unformed Void" attacks and destroys after adding its ATK to its own a second time, with the effect of that card allowing it to destroy "Numbers" by battle despite not being one itself.
