Deck
In the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series, before the Battle City arc, Duke Devlin uses a Deck that was made from opening several booster packs.
In Duel Generation, the Duelist Construct plays a Deck called Lucky Dice which uses some cards from that Deck. These cards were "Oni Tank T-34", "Spikebot", "Fairy Meteor Crush", and "Michizure". This Deck relies on luck which can be a problem as the result of the die (or dice) or coin can either benefit the user or the opponent, destroy card(s) and increase/decrease the monster's ATK/DEF. "Dice Jar" is a great example of luck effect as the player who rolls a die (or dice) with a low result, will takes damages from the result by 500, and if one of the result is 6, then the damage will be 6000. The signature card "Dice Re-Roll" can counteract the luck issue once and change the outcome to a different result.

After the player defeat Duke's Lucky Dice Deck three times, the next difficulty and Deck is unlocked. This Deck features the cards from the "Konami Arcade Games" series which Duke didn't used in the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series though he did use the card "Gradius" who was a member of that series.
The Gradius Deck focuses on using the cards from the "Konami Arcade Games" series to unleash a offensive approach to overwhelm the player with Spells and Traps. Each cards from the "Konami Arcade Games" series have a effect that can be activated after destroying a monster by battle and these effects come in various form. The most common effect is the ability to Special Summon a Token which go greatly with the card "United We Stand" which increased the equipped monster by 800 ATK for each monster on their field. "United We Stand" isn't the only card to increase ATK as Spells like "Axe of Despair", "Limiter Removal", and "Mage Power" can further increase the ATK by a large amount. The Traps can remove the player's monster by banishing them with cards like "Bottomless Trap Hole" and "Dimensional Prison" or destroying all Attack Position monsters on the player's field.
