- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 11: "The Dueling Monkey", Joey Wheeler finds Tristan Taylor's cards and thinks they are cards somebody forgot until Tristan yells at him to give them back as those are his cards. Joey notices this card and notes that it looks familiar. Joey then takes out "Swamp Battleguard" and notices both cards are similar to each other. Tristan gives this card to Joey. Joey later uses this card during his Duel against Rex Raptor. During his turn, he Normal Summons this card in Attack Position. This card gains a Field Power Bonus from the Forest terrain. This card and "Swamp Battleguard" then gain 500 ATK via their effects. "Serpent Night Dragon" then attacks "Swamp Battleguard", but since "Swamp Battleguard" had higher ATK than "Serpent Night Dragon", the latter is destroyed. In the next episode, this card attacks and destroys Rex's Set "Trakodon". Later "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" (whose ATK was 3000 due to the effect of "Dragon Nails") attacks and destroys this card and "Swamp Battleguard".
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 16: "The Scars of Defeat", this card can be seen in Seto Kaiba's briefcase when he takes out a Duel Disk from his briefcase and tosses it to Joey.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 26: "Champion vs. Creator, Part 1", this card can be seen in Kaiba's briefcase when he takes a Duel Disk from his briefcase and tosses it to Maximillion Pegasus.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 32: "Keith's Machinations, Part 2", this card can be seen in Joey's hand during his Duel against Bandit Keith.
- This card also appears in a flashback that Maximillion Pegasus sees in Keith's mind. This card is shown being used in a gambling Duel between Bandit Keith and a person in the bar.

- In Yu-Gi-Oh! episode 218: "The Dark One Cometh - Part 4", Tristan uses this card and "Swamp Battleguard" to fight Zorc Necrophades's minions.

Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V episode 1: "Swing Into Action: Part 1", The Sledgehammer uses this card in his Action Duel against Yuya Sakaki. During The Sledgehammer's turn, he Special Summons this card along with "Swamp Battleguard" via the effect of "Feast of the WIld LV5", with their effects negated. The Sledgehammer then Tributes this card and "Swamp Battleguard" to Tribute Summon "Battleguard King".
