Ｍｒ．（ミスター）ハートランドの腹心（ふくしん）の部下（ぶか）。

ドロワとは幼馴染（おさななじみ）で、現在（げんざい）もパートナーの関係（かんけい）にある。
見（み）た目（め）通（どお）りの熱血漢（ねっけつかん）で豪快（ごうかい）な性格（せいかく）をしており、何事（なにごと）においてもノリを重視（じゅうし）している。

表向（おもてむ）きはＷＤＣの運営（うんえい）委員（いいん）として行動（こうどう）しているが、カイト同様（どうよう）ナンバーズハンターの一人（ひとり）。
