Millennium Rod (The Sacred Cards and Reshef of Destruction)
The Millennium Rod is an item in Yu-Gi-Oh! The Sacred Cards and Yu-Gi-Oh! Reshef of Destruction. It gives its owner the power to brainwash people it comes into contact with.
It is based on the Millennium Rod from the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga.

The Sacred Cards[edit]
Marik Ishtar used the brainwashing powers of the Millennium Rod to force a number of people to join his Ghouls, including Bandit Keith.
One of Marik's Ghouls, Arkana, was defeated by the player. Marik then used the Millennium Rod to take complete control of Arkana to warn the player that there would be consequences of interfering with his plans.
Marik also brainwashed Lumis and Umbra with the Millennium Rod. This enabled him to watch their Duels with the player and Yugi Muto from afar. After Lumis and Umbra lost, Marik used the Millennium Rod to take control of Lumis to let the player and Yugi know that he had seen the Duels and studied their Decks. He explained the brainwashing powers of the Millennium Rod and said that he had used it on Joey and Tea. He then left Lumis and Umbra both fall unconscious.
