Ryo Bakura is a character in the Tag Force games. This is a video game version of the anime character, Bakura Ryou.

Profile

童実野（どみの）高校（こうこう）にやってきた転校生（てんこうせい）で、「千年（せんねん）リング」の所有者（しょゆうしゃ）。

心（こころ）優（やさ）しい美少年（びしょうねん）であり、手先（てさき）が器用（きよう）で、精巧（せいこう）なジオラマやフィギュアを自作（じさく）していた。

遊戯（ゆうぎ）の「千年（せんねん）パズル」に触（ふ）れたことがきっかけで、「千年（せんねん）リング」に宿（やど）っていた人格（じんかく）の声（こえ）が聞（き）こえるようになり、その人格（じんかく）と入（い）れ替（か）わってしまった。

「千年（せんねん）リング」に宿（やど）っていた人格（じんかく）は、目的（もくてき）のためには手段（しゅだん）を選（えら）ばない残忍（ざんにん）な性格（せいかく）で、獏良（ばくら）の友達（ともだち）を意識（いしき）不明（ふめい）にしたり、ペガサスを亡（な）き者（もの）にして「千年眼（ミレニアム・アイ）」を奪（うば）ったりもした。
千年（せんねん）アイテムを集（あつ）めることが目的（もくてき）で、そのため、「千年（せんねん）パズル」の所有者（しょゆうしゃ）である遊戯（ゆうぎ）に協力（きょうりょく）することもあれば、マリクと共闘（きょうとう）すると見（み）せかけることもある。

「千年（せんねん）リング」の力（ちから）により、相手（あいて）の魂（たましい）を人形（にんぎょう）の中（なか）に封（ふう）じ込（こ）めたり、自分（じぶん）の魂（たましい）の一部（いちぶ）を物（もの）に宿（やど）したりすることができる。

デュエルにおいては、悪魔（あくま）や死霊（しりょう）をモチーフにしたカードを多（おお）く用（もち）いた、オカルトデッキを使用（しよう）している。
エースモンスターは「ダーク・ネクロフィア」で、「ウィジャ盤（ばん）」という強力（きょうりょく）な切（き）り札（ふだ）も持（も）つ。

元（もと）の人格（じんかく）の獏良（ばくら）も、オカルトデッキを組（く）んでいると語（かた）っており、どこかしら好（この）みに通（つう）じるところがあるのかもしれない。

A transfer student who now attends Domino High School, and possessor of the Millennium Ring.

A kind-hearted and beautiful boy, he is skilled with his hands, and made himself elaborate dioramas and figurines.

After he came in contact with Yugi's Millennium Puzzle, he began to hear the voice of the personality that resided in the Millennium Ring, and is ocassionally possessed by it.

The personality dwelling within the Ring is brutal and merciless, and stops at nothing for the sake of its goals, leaving Bakura's friends unconscious and even killing Pegasus to steal his Millennium Eye.
Its purpose is to gather the Millennium Items, so he would sometimes collaborate with Yugi, the owner of the Millennium Puzzle, and he would sometimes pretend to help Malik.

Using the powers of the Millennium Ring, he can seal the soul of other people inside dolls, and he can also take a piece of his own soul and place it inside another object.

He duels using Occult Decks, which have demons and dead spirits as their motifs.
His ace monster is Dark Necrofear, and he also has a powerful trump card in Destiny Board.

The original Bakura mentioned at one point that he was building an Occult Deck, so their tastes might share some similarities.
