Witch of the Black Forest is a very good card, and is capable of searching out a lot of monsters. It can bring out Great Maju Garzet, Summoned Skull, Goblin Elite Attack Force, Vorse Raider, Mobius the Frost Monarch, etc. A lot of monsters have 1500 DEF or less, since they tend to concentrate more on their ATK values. Witch of the Black Forest is best for getting out high-power monsters, with little in the way of DEF points.
