Give up the Ghost is the 10th episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! second series anime, titled Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters in Japan.

Yugi continues to Duel the Seto Kaiba imposter. Defeating all three of the "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" cards proves difficult. Will the real Kaiab reach Yugi in time to help beat this impersonator?

Yami Yugi vs. Mimic of Doom

continued from last episode

Mimic of Doom attacks one of the Hats, generated from "Magical Hats", but it turns out empty.

Yugi Sets a card in one of the remaining hats.

Mimic of Doom attacks that hat and reveals "Spellbinding Circle", which targets "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", reducing its ATK by 700.

Yugi has "Dark Magician" attack and destroy "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", dropping the Mimic's Life Points to 500.

Mimic of Doom Summons another "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" and attacks, destroying "Dark Magician", dropping Yugi's Life Points to 500.

Yugi Summons "Feral Imp".

Mimic of Doom attacks, but the real Seto Kaiba uploads a virus on the "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", steadily dropping its ATK. He is about to work on the third Blue-Eyes when Pegasus intervenes, destroying the virus. With an ATK of 2000, one attack from Blue-Eyes White Dragon will wipe out Yugi's Life Points. When Doom orders an attack, the real Kaiba calls out Yugi's name and he detects it. Blue-Eyes hears it too and decides to destroy itself because of the "Heart of the Cards". Mimic of Doom eveals his true form and Summons "Grappler" in Defense Position.

Yugi Sets a card and Summons "Celtic Guardian" and destroys "Grappler".

The Mimic Sets "Mystic Horseman" and another card.

Yugi Sets a card and Summons "Mystical Elf". He equips "Book of Secret Arts" to it, raising its ATK and DEF by 300.

Doom Summons his last "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" and attacks, but Yugi activates "Mirror Force" to reflect the attack. Doom counters with "Negate Attack" to save Blue-Eyes.

Yugi activates "Monster Reborn" to Special Summon one of the destroyed "Blue-Eyes White Dragons". Yugi transfers "Mystical Elf's" ATK onto Blue-Eyes'. Its ATK rises to 4100 and attacks, destroying the Doom's Blue-Eyes and wiping out his Life Points.

Yugi wins.
