Summary

Grandpa is after after appearing on the TV screen. Anzu asks what's going on. Jonouchi checks Grandpa's body and finds that he is still breathing, but he's not moving; It's like his body has become an empty shell. Dark Yugi wonders if this means Grandpa soul has been sucked into the TV.

Yugi recalls Pegasus saying that if Yugi defeated him his "something special" will be returned.

The next day, at Domino High School, Bakura arrives and greets Yugi, Anzu, Jonouchi and Honda. He notices that they're all gloomy and gathered around a camcorder at Yugi's desk. He moves in to see what they are watching and is greeted by Yugi's Grandfather on the screen. Bakura is shocked and asks Yugi if this is a video phone. Yugi informs him that Grandpa has been trapped inside the video. Jonouchi explains that Yugi lost a game of Duel Monsters against a recording of a guy with a Millennium Item and he used his soul to put Grandpa's soul in the videotape. The mention of a Millennium Item catches Bakura's interest.

Yugi looks down and asks what he is to do and what happens if he can't return Grandpa to normal. However Grandpa insists that he's fine and Yugi shouldn't get all down in the dumps. Jonouchi agrees; Getting depressed isn't going to solve the problem. Yugi agrees and says that he is fine, but the other Yugi isn't. Anzu is surprised and asks if Yugi has learned how to talk with the other Yugi. Yugi replies that he can't talk to him with words, but if he closes his eyes, he can sense is other self's feelings. Yugi thinks that he feels bad about losing to Pegasus. Jonouchi rolls up a book like a loudspeaker and yells through it towards Yugi telling the other Yugi in there to cheer up.
