The following is a list of cards based on scenes from the various Yu-Gi-Oh! anime/manga series. This includes cards whose artwork strongly resembles the visuals of certain shots/panels, or rearranges elements that were present in a scene from a new perspective.
This list does not include monsters whose pose is based on a panel or scene in which they appeared in, but does include OCG/TCG-original monster cards that were based on monsters as they were seen in certain scenes.

- "Detonating Kuriboh", based on Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 131 (Duelist Duel 72): "Attack of Chaos" and Yu-Gi-Oh! episode Yugi vs. Pegasus: Match of the Millennium, Part 5", in which " 39: "Thousand-Eyes Restrict" absorbs the multipled "Kuriboh".
- "Red-Eyes Soul", based on Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 195 (Duelist Duel 136): "Yugi Fights Alone" where "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" losing its wing from the attack of "Rocket Warrior". Also based on Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 260 (Duelist Duel 201): "Red Spirit", specifically from the panel depicting its sudden appearance due to "The Flute of Summoning Dragon".

- "Corrosive Scales", based on Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 68 (Duelist Duel 9): "Demon Lightning", where "Great Moth" (instead of "Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth") faces "Gaia the Dragon Champion" as the latter begins to lose ATK due to the former's corrosive poison.

- "Soul Energy MAX!!!", based on Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel 275 (Duelist Duel 216): "One Point of Life!" where "The God of the Obelisk" is combined with "Soul Taker" to Tribute "Immortal God Slime", which treated as two monsters (its Fusion Materials, "Jam Defender" and "Metal Reflect Slime") and increase its ATK to ∞.

- "Elemental HERO Honest Neos", based on the appearance of "Elemental Hero Neos" in the final opening of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Precious Time, Glory Days and in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX episode Fused Souls! Neos Versus Five-Headed Dragon" where the effect of " 160: "Honest" causes "Neos" to gain the former monster's angelic wings.
