Kite Tenjo is a Duelist Construct of Kite Tenjo from the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL series in the Virtual Dueling System. He is also the first boss that the player have to faced in a 2 out of 3 Match in the ZEXAL Campaign mode Stage 13-5 in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Generation. The player has to defeat him in a Duel in order to unlock the next stage and progress Campaign mode.

Appearance
As a Duelist Construct, his appearance is based on Kite Tenjo, and the outfit and looks comes from the time in which he undergo a Photon Transformation in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime series. A Photon Transformation is a process that Kite is often seen using in a Duel to prevent any "Number" cards in his possession from influencing his mental state by using his hidden desires. Also, this transformation changes his original outfit color which is black to white.
On his left eye is a special blue tattoo that functions like a Duel Gazer. Just like the Duel Gazer, this special tattoo on his left eye allows him to see and watch the augmented reality setting of a Duel.
Etymology
His given name "Kite" could comes from either the aircraft kite and/or the bird Kite which is a common name for certain birds of prey in the family Accipitridae. His surname "Tenjo" is from a Japanese origin, and it has many meanings and connotations. The most common meaning for "Tenjo" is heaven, a concept that deity or earthly beings may resides in the afterlife. Also, another concept for heaven is the celestial sphere, the sky seen from Earth perspective.
Rewards
There are a total of six rewards that the player can earn and received after defeating the Duel Construct in a Duel. The first two rewards are cards that come from the Duel Construct's Deck and the third reward is a recipe for their Deck. Then the fourth, fifth and sixth rewards repeated the same process of the three earlier rewards, but in a harder difficulty with a different Deck. In addition, the sixth reward will allow the player to have the Duel Construct's avatar and the ability to Duel them anytime between the two difficulty.
As Kite is a boss character, the player had to faced him in 2 out of 3 Match which can takes hour to defeat and receive the rewards.
