Premium Pack 2 is the second Premium Pack in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game (OCG), following Premium Pack (Japanese). This set was released on December 18, 1999 at the Jump Festa.
This set served to reprint the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters National Tournament prize cards as Ritual Monsters, since they had originally been printed as Normal Monsters, and to print their Ritual Spell Cards.
