Storm of Ragnarok is a Core Booster in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game (OCG) and Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game (TCG). It is the third Core Booster of Series 7. It follows Starstrike Blast and is followed by Extreme Victory.
The North American Sneak Peeks for this set took place from February 5–6, 2011.
Packs of the TCG set were also printed in the Storm of Ragnarok: Special Edition.
Starting with this set, the Korean names of most Core Boosters follow Japanese names, being transliterations of the same English words; prior to this set, the Korean names of Core Boosters were always translations.
Features
- Includes cards used by Yusei Fudo, Jack Atlas, Crow Hogan, and Team Ragnarok.
- The TCG version includes cards used by Mai Valentine, Tilla Mook, and Jaden Yuki.
- Introduces the new "Aesir", "Nordic", "Vylon" and "Symphonic Warrior" archetypes to the TCG. It also includes further support for "Scrap", "Karakuri", "Blackwing", "Six Samurai", "Mist Valley", Zombie, "Elemental Hero", "Harpie", "Watt", "Worm", Spirit and "Vylon" Decks.

In the Japanese version there are 5 cards per pack and 30 packs per box.
The OCG set includes 80 cards or 86 in the Master Set. This is comprised of:

Trivia
This pack was probably named after Team Ragnarok of Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's, whose cards are featured in this set.
