Playmaker and The Gore's first Duel is the second Duel of the Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS anime, conducted between Playmaker and The Gore.
Prior events[edit]
After defeating Number 10 in a broadcasted Duel, Playmaker began to be renowned as the new hero of LINK VRAINS. As a result, Gore started to lose his fans to Playmaker. One day, Akira Zaizen approached Gore with an offer to defeat Playmaker and retrieve Ai with the help of SOL Technologies, offering him a brand new Duel Board.
