The Sacred Cards
Bonz took part in the Battle City tournament. He was present at the Clock Tower Square just before the tournament began. The player challenged him to a Duel, but he declined since the tournament had not began. Since he did not like bright places, he relocated to the graveyard.
Bonz had three followers located in an alley leading to the graveyard. The player needed to defeat at least one of them before they could challenge Bonz to a Duel. Although Bonz lost his Locator Card in a Duel with the player, he welcomed further challenges, since ghosts cannot die because they are already dead.
The Ghouls defeated Bonz, took his rare cards and drove him out of the graveyard. He told the player what happened, but did not have the will or cards to Duel him. After the player defeated the Rare Hunter at the graveyard, Bonz thanked him and returned to the graveyard, where he resumed accepting challenges.
The Ghouls drove Bonz out of the graveyard a second time. However this time, he maintained the will to accept Duels from the player.
