Type Booster is a series of Spell Cards cards that increasing ATK/DEF of specific type.

Field Type Booster[edit]
Field Type Booster are series of Field Spell Cards whose effects primarily increase the ATK and DEF of a group of monsters with different types, with two also decreasing the ATK and DEF of grouping of types opposed to the terrain.
With the exception of "Umi", which went on to have its own prominent series of cards, the Type Boosters were largely superseded by the Attribute Boosters.
Each card in the series has the appearance of a generic location with its basic name.

Equip Type Booster[edit]
Equip Type Booster are series of Equip Spell Cards that can only be equipped to a monster of specific Type, which increases the ATK and DEF of that monster by 300.
