The MC is a character from Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links. While he does have dialogue in the overworld, he does not appear as a Duelist. He is a video game incarnation of the MC, a character from the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime.
He appears in Turbo Duel Grand Prix cutscenes. Additionally, in Turbo Duel Grand Prix Duels, the MC appears as a cut-in to indicate which player is going first.
