Decks[edit]

Rio's Deck in the first game uses a large number of monsters that can flip themselves face-down, several of which have additional effects activated upon being Flip Summoned. He supports them with effects that increase their DEF or punish face-up monsters.

In Tag Force 2 and Tag Force 3, Rio's Decks revolve around summoning, protecting, and triggering the effect of "Criosphinx".
