"Idiot Moment 88" is the seventy-eighth episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime. It first aired in Japan on October 1, 2023.
It's early in the afternoon, and Yudias is taking a leisurely walk with his friends in the park. But then, Chupataro suddenly shows up and demands Meeeg-chan to be returned to him! Meanwhile, Damamu is reveling in Fusion. Mutsuba Town has gone back to normal after the end of the Galaxy Cup, but Yuhi can't help but feel that there is something off...
Featured Duel: Chupataro Kaburagi vs Damamu[edit]
The Duel is conducted as a Rush Duel.
Turn 1: Chupataro
Chupataro's hand contains "Ewekai Thunderlambda", "Ewekai Nightmutton", "Ewekai Waveschaf", "Ewekai Planeau" and "Card Devastation".
87 turns are skipped. Chupataro has 100 LP and a face-down card in his Spell & Trap Zone; Damamu has 4000 LP and no cards on their field.
Turn 88: Damamu
As Damamu drew a card while Chupataro has fifteen or more Beast Type monsters in his Graveyard, Chupataro activates his face-down Trap Card "Exchange of the Meeeg", sending his entire hand to the Graveyard to make both players shuffle all cards from their Graveyard into the Deck, then he draws a card and shows it, and if that card is a Level 7 or higher Beast Type monster, he can also Special Summon it face-up to his field. Chupataro sends an unknown card from his hand to the Graveyard and shuffles all cards from his Graveyard into the Deck while Damamu shuffles all cards from their Graveyard into the Deck, then Chupataro draws and shows "Ewekai Aquasheep". Damamu's hand contains "Blue Tooth Burst Dragon", "Fusion" and three copies of "Tamabot". Damamu Normal Summons three copies of "Tamabot" (200/0). Damamu Tributes the second and third "Tamabot" to Tribute Summon "Blue Tooth" (2500/1500). Damamu activates the Spell Card "Fusion" to Fusion Summon by sending face-up monsters from their field to the Graveyard as material. Damamu sends "Tamabot" and "Blue Tooth" from their field to the Graveyard and Fusion Summons "Tamabot Burst Dragon" (2500/2500) in Attack Position. "Tamabot Burst Dragon" attacks Chupataro directly (Chupataro: 100 → 0 LP).
