"The Galaxy Cup Begins!" is the sixty-sixth episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime. It first aired in Japan on July 9, 2023.
The Galaxy Cup, a Rush Duel tournament for both Earthlings and aliens, has finally begun! Yudias is now the Duel Tutor for the head of Kallister Gears, Ehoko Kamijo, aka Epoch. In order to allow Epoch to experience what a Duel is like, Yudias challenges Yuamu to a Duel!
Featured Duel: Yudias Velgear vs Yuamu Ohdo[edit]
This Duel is conducted as a Rush Duel.
Turn 1: Yuamu
Yuamu's hand contains "QWERTY Keyblade", "Dragosite", "Spindle Dragon" and "Adfraudra". Yuamu draws "Red Boot Boost Dragon". Yuamu Normal Summons "Adfraudra" (0/1400) and "Spindle Dragon" (200/1200). As Yuamu has three or less monsters in her Graveyard, she activates the effect of "Spindle Dragon" to send the top two cards of her Deck to the Graveyard, then if Yudias has a face-up monster with 2500 or more ATK on his field, Yuamu can add a Level 3 or higher Dragon Type monster from her Graveyard to her hand. Yuamu sends "Multi-Mode Dragon" and "Dragon's Boost Fusion" from the top of her Deck to the Graveyard. Yuamu activates the effect of "Adfraudra", sending a Level 4 or lower Dragon Type monster from her hand to the Graveyard to reveal a Level 5 or higher Dragon Type monster in her hand to Yudias, then Yuamu inflicts 700 damage to him. Yuamu sends "Dragosite" from her hand to the Graveyard and reveals "RB Dragon Vert" in her hand to Yudias (Yudias: 4000 → 3300 LP). Yuamu Tributes "Adfraudra" and "Spindle Dragon" to Tribute Summon "Red Boot" (2400/1600). Yuamu activates the Equip Spell Card "QWERTY Keyblade", equipping it to a face-up Dragon Type monster on her field to increase its ATK by the number of face-up Spell Cards on her field x 200, and if it is DARK Attribute, it inflicts piercing battle damage. Yuamu equips "QWERTY Keyblade" to "Red Boot" ("Red Boot": 2400/1600 → 2600/1600). Yuamu activates the effect of "Red Boot" to choose up to seven Dragon Type monsters in her Graveyard, inflict damage to Yudias equal to the number of those monsters x 100 and increase its ATK by the number of those monsters x 100 until the end of this turn, then Yuamu shuffles those monsters into the Deck. Yuamu chooses "Adfraudra", "Spindle Dragon", "Dragosite" and "Multi-Mode Dragon" in her Graveyard (Yudias: 3300 → 2900 LP; "Red Boot": 2600/1600 → 3000/1600), then shuffles them into the Deck. As Yuamu ends her turn, the ATK of "Red Boot" returns to normal ("Red Boot": 3000/1600 → 2600/1600).
Turn 2: Yudias
Yudias's hand contains "Galactica Xiphos", "Galactica Healing", "Bright Sentinel" and "Vortex Shooter". Yudias draws "Galactica Oblivion". Yudias Normal Summons "Bright Sentinel" (1500/100) and "Vortex Shooter" (1400/1000). Yudias Tributes "Bright Sentinel" and "Vortex Shooter" to Tribute Summon "Oblivion" (2500/2500). As Yuamu has a face-up Level 7 or 8 monster on her field, Yudias activates the Equip Spell Card "Galactica Xiphos", equipping it to a face-up Galaxy Type monster on his field to increase its ATK by the number of face-up Normal Monsters on his field x 300, then if it is "Oblivion", it gains additional 1000 ATK. Yudias equips "Galactica Xiphos" to "Oblivion" ("Oblivion": 2500/2500 → 2800/2500 → 3800/2500). Yudias Sets "Galactica Healing" in his Spell & Trap Zone. "Oblivion" attacks and destroys "Red Boot" (Yuamu: 4000 → 2800 LP).
Turn 3: Yuamu
Yuamu draws "Darkness Drake", "DBF Rebuildra", "Blue Tooth Burst Dragon", "RB Dragon Vert" and "Tribute Ban". Yuamu Normal Summons "RB Dragon Vert" (1300/700) and "DBF Rebuildra" (900/900). As "DBF Rebuildra" was Normal Summoned or Special Summoned during this Main Phase, Yuamu activates its effect, revealing a "Blue Tooth" or a "Red Boot" in her hand to Yudias to Set a "Dragon's Burst Fusion" or a "Dragon's Boost Fusion" from her Graveyard in her Spell & Trap Zone. Yuamu reveals "Blue Tooth" in her hand to Yudias and Sets "Dragon's Boost Fusion" from her Graveyard in her Spell & Trap Zone. Yuamu activates the effect of "RB Dragon Vert", sending a Level 7 Dragon Type monster from her hand to the Graveyard to add a Level 7 Dragon Type monster with a different Attribute than the monster sent to the Graveyard this way from her Graveyard to her hand. Yuamu sends "Blue Tooth" from her hand to the Graveyard and adds "Red Boot" from her Graveyard to her hand. Yuamu Tributes "Adfraudra" and "DBF Rebuildra" to Tribute Summon "Red Boot" (2400/1600). Yuamu activates the effect of "Red Boot". Yuamu chooses "Blue Tooth", "DBF Rebuildra" and "RB Dragon Vert" in her Graveyard (Yudias: 2900 → 2600 LP; "Red Boot": 2400/1600 → 2700/1600), then shuffles them into the Deck. Yuamu Normal Summons "Drake" (0/1000). Yuamu activates her face-down Spell Card "Dragon's Boost Fusion" to Fusion Summon by sending face-up Dragon Type monsters from her field to the Graveyard as material, then if she sent "Red Boot" to the Graveyard this way, she can send the top seven cards of her Deck to the Graveyard, then if she sent a card to the Graveyard this way, she can send the top seven cards of Yudias's Deck to the Graveyard. Yuamu sends "Drake" and "Red Boot" from her field to the Graveyard and Fusion Summons "Red Reboot Enhanced Boost Dragon" (2800/2500) in Attack Position, then sends five unknown cards, "Gacha Gatling Bluetooth Dark Dragon Dymanaraja" and "Adfraudra" from the top of her Deck to the Graveyard. Yuamu activates the effect of "Red Reboot", shuffling a DARK Attribute monster from her Graveyard into the Deck to choose up to three DARK Attribute monsters in her Graveyard, inflict damage to Yudias equal to the total Levels of those monsters x 100 and increase its ATK by the total Levels of those monsters x 100 until the end of this turn, then Yuamu shuffles those monsters into the Deck. Yuamu shuffles "Drake" from her Graveyard into the Deck and chooses "Red Boot", "Dymanaraja" and "Adfraudra" in her Graveyard (Yudias: 2600 → 800 LP; "Red Reboot": 2800/2500 → 4600/2500), then shuffles them into the Deck. Yuamu Sets "Tribute Ban" in her Spell & Trap Zone. "Red Reboot" attacks "Oblivion". As Yuamu's monster declared an attack, Yudias activates his face-down Trap Card "Galactica Healing" to send the top three cards of his Deck to the Graveyard, then he gains LP equal to the number of monsters sent to the Graveyard this way x 300, then if he sent three Galaxy Type monsters to the Graveyard this way, monsters cannot be destroyed by that battle. Yudias sends "Cosmo Predictor", "Greystorm Reverie" and "Fusion" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard (Yudias: 800 → 1400 LP). The attack continues and "Oblivion" is destroyed (Yudias: 1400 → 600 LP). As Yuamu ends her turn, the ATK of "Red Reboot" returns to normal ("Red Reboot": 4600/2500 → 2800/2500).
Turn 4: Yudias
Yudias draws "Star Restart", "Cosmo Titan", "Twin Twinkle Star", "Galactica Cycle" and "Transamu Craione". Yudias Normal Summons "Craione" (500/500). As Yudias has no other monsters on his field, he activates the effect of "Craione" to add a LIGHT Attribute Galaxy Type Normal Monster from his Graveyard to his hand, but he can only attack with Galaxy Type monsters this turn. Yudias adds "Oblivion" from his Graveyard to his hand. Yudias activates the Spell Card "Star Restart", placing a card from his hand on the bottom of the Deck to Special Summon a Level 5 or lower Normal Monster from his Graveyard face-up to his field, then he can add a "Fusion" from his Graveyard to his hand. Yudias places "Cosmo Titan" from his hand on the bottom of the Deck and Special Summons "Bright Sentinel" (1500/100) from his Graveyard in Attack Position, then adds "Fusion" from his Graveyard to his hand. As Yudias Special Summoned a monster, Yuamu activates her face-down Trap Card "Tribute Ban" to prevent Yudias from Tribute Summoning monsters this turn. Yudias Normal Summons "Twin Twinkle Star" (1200/200). Yudias activates the effect of "Twin Twinkle Star", sending the top card of his Deck to the Graveyard to increase its Level by 2 until the end of this turn, then if he sent a LIGHT Attribute Galaxy Type monster to the Graveyard this way, this turn he can treat it as two Tributes for the Tribute Summon of a LIGHT Attribute Galaxy Type monster in Attack Position. Yudias sends "Mobius Linker" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard ("Twin Twinkle Star": Level 4 → 6). Yudias activates the Spell Card "Galactica Cycle", sending a face-up Level 6 or higher Galaxy Type monster from his field to the Graveyard to send the top two cards of his Deck to the Graveyard, then he can add a Spell Card from among the cards sent to the Graveyard this way to his hand. Yudias sends "Twin Twinkle Star" from his field to the Graveyard and sends "Interstellime" and "Galactica Fusion Space" from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard, then adds "Galactica Fusion Space" from his Graveyard to his hand. Yudias activates the Field Spell Card "Galactica Fusion Space" to allow a player to use monsters in their hand as material if they Fusion Summon a Galaxy Type monster by the effect of "Fusion" while it is face-up in the Field Zone. Yudias activates the Spell Card "Fusion" to Fusion Summon by sending face-up monsters from his field to the Graveyard as material. Yudias sends "Craione" and "Bright Sentinel" from his field and "Oblivion" from his hand to the Graveyard and Fusion Summons "Eternal Galactica Oblivion" (3500/2500) in Attack Position. Yudias activates the effect of "Eternal Galactica Oblivion", shuffling five Galaxy Type monsters from his Graveyard into the Deck to send the top three cards of his Deck to the Graveyard, and prevent it from being destroyed by Yuamu's Trap Card effects until the end of this turn, then Yudias can increase its ATK by the number of monsters in his Graveyard x 300 until the end of this turn. Yudias shuffles "Oblivion" and four unknown monsters from his Graveyard into the Deck and sends three unknown monsters from the top of his Deck to the Graveyard ("Eternal Galactica Oblivion": 3500/2500 → 5600/2500). "Eternal Galactica Oblivion" attacks and destroys "Red Reboot" (Yuamu: 2800 → 0 LP).

- When Yuamu resolves the effect of "Adfraudra", she reveals the Level 4 "RB Dragon Vert" in her hand (both an illegal move and a monster she hadn't drawn yet) instead of the Level 7 "Red Boot Boost Dragon".
- When Yuamu Tribute Summons "Red Boot Boost Dragon" during her second turn, she Tributes "Adfraudra" (which was not on her field) instead of "RB Dragon Vert".
