"The Gene of Princess" is the ninety-fourth episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! GO RUSH!! anime. It first aired in Japan on January 28, 2024.
As she tries to figure out what she should do about the Velgearians' crisis, Rovian pays the UTS office a visit. While she is helping the UTS staff clean up, she finds the guitar of Princess Minstrel, the one who once taught her about space poems. The owner of the guitar turns out to be...

Turn 1: Purisaki
Purisaki's hand contains "Psychic Modulation", "Shining Superstar Stage", "Silent Assailant", "Peace Holder" and "Prima Guitarna". Purisaki Normal Summons "Peace Holder" (1500/0) and "Silent Assailant" (1500/0). Purisaki Tributes "Peace Holder" and "Silent Assailant" to Tribute Summon "Prima Guitarna" (2200/0). As Purisaki has a face-up Level 7 Psychic Type monster on her field or she has a Level 7 Psychic Type monster in her Graveyard, she activates the Field Spell Card "Shining Superstar Stage" to increase the ATK of face-up Psychic Type Normal Monsters on the field by 400 and the ATK of face-up "Prima Guitarna the Shining Superstar" on the field by the number of Normal Monsters in both players' Graveyards x 100 ("Prima Guitarna": 2200/0 → 2600/0). Turn 2: Rovian
Rovian's hand contains "Early Bard Fortithief", "Heavy Arms - Double Nexcalibur", "Ampler Glee", "Robbarim" and "Bandijo of the Battle Ballad". Rovian Normal Summons "Robbarim" (600/600 → 1000/600) and "Ampler Glee" (1500/0 → 1900/0). Rovian Tributes "Robbarim" and "Ampler Glee" to Tribute Summon "Bandijo" (2500/1500). As "Bandijo" was Normal Summoned this turn, Rovian activates its effect, paying 1000 LP to add a Level 2 or lower Psychic Type Normal Monster from her Graveyard to her hand, then she increases its ATK by the total number of cards in both players' hands x 300 until the end of this turn. Rovian pays 1000 LP (Rovian: 4000 → 3000 LP) and adds "Robbarim" from her Graveyard to her hand ("Bandijo": 2500/1500 → 3400/1500). Rovian activates the Equip Spell Card "Heavy Arms - Double Nexcalibur", sending a WIND Attribute Psychic Type monster from her hand to the Graveyard and equipping it to a face-up Psychic Type monster on her field to allow it to attack twice each turn. Purisaki draws "Prima Vento", three copies of "Prima Guitarna the Shining Superstar" and "Shining Superstar Primavera". Purisaki activates the Spell Card "Shining Superstar Primavera", sending a face-up Psychic Type monster from her field to the Graveyard to Special Summon a Psychic Type monster from her hand face-up to her field, then if she sent "Prima Guitarna" or "Prima Guitarna the Shining Superstar" to the Graveyard this way, she can Special Summon up to two Psychic Type monsters from her hand face-up to her field. Purisaki sends "Prima Guitarna" from her field to the Graveyard and Special Summons "Prima Guitarna the Shining Superstar" (2200/0 → 3000/0) from her hand in Attack Position, then Special Summons two copies of "Prima Guitarna the Shining Superstar" (2200/0 → 3000/0) from her hand in Attack Position. As Purisaki Normal or Special Summoned a monster while Rovian has two or less cards in her Spell & Trap Zone, Rovian activates her face-down Trap Card "Early Bard Fortithief" to send the top four cards of her Deck to the Graveyard and gain 500 LP, then she can equip an Equip Spell Card from her Graveyard to a face-up WIND Attribute Psychic Type monster on her field. Rovian sends "Eternal Arms - Durandaltainer", "Vibra Brigand", "Machvio of the Ultimate Aria" and "Bluegrass Stealer" from the top of her Deck to the Graveyard (Rovian: 3000 → 3500 LP), then equips "Eternal Arms - Durandaltainer" from her Graveyard to "Bandijo". The effect of "Eternal Arms - Durandaltainer" increases the ATK of the equipped monster by the number of monsters on Purisaki's field x 300, and if it would be destroyed by battle, Rovian can send a Spell/Trap Card from her field to the Graveyard instead ("Bandijo": 2500/1500 → 3400/1500). As "Taiban Bluemai" was Normal Summoned this turn, Purisaki has four cards or less in her hand and Rovian has two face-up non-Level 3 Psychic Type monsters on her field, she activates its effect to shuffle two monsters from Purisaki's Graveyard into the Deck, then she draws until she has five cards in her hand.
